Anything (maybe unknown) can land you in jail. A Swiss court has convicted a man of rape after having sex without a condom. The sex was consensual, but the woman stated that she would not have consented if she knew he was not wearing a condom. The couple met on Tinder and apparently had sex on their second date. The man, who is French, put a condom on, but then removed it without his partner's knowledge. The convicted man claims that the condom tore when he was putting it on. When she learned that he had unprotected sex with her, the woman alerted the police. The Swiss Criminal Court in Luasanne ruled that the man's actions constituted rape, and sentenced him to a year in prison. The victim's lawyer called the decision a "first for Switzerland." The convicted announced his intent to appeal his conviction. Other European countries, such as Sweden and the UK, have explicit rules stating that sex under false pretenses, including asserting that one is wearing a condom when one is not, is sexual assault or rape. https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/sputniknews.com/amp/europe/201701111049497744-swiss-rape-removing-condom-sex/?client=ms-android-metropcs-us |

Finally,Janet Jackson has at the age of 50 given birth to her first child, a baby boy, her publicist has confirmed. A statement said the musician and her Qatari businessman, the third husband, Wissam Al Mana, were "thrilled" to welcome the infant, Eissa Al Mana. "Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably," the publicist added. Speculation about her pregnancy surfaced last April when she postponed her Unbreakable tour. She posted a video on Twitter at the time in which she told fans that she was postponing the tour because "there's been a sudden change". "I thought it was important that you be the first to know," she said, adding: "Please, if you can try and understand that it's important that I do this now." She said she wanted to focus on planning a family with her husband, whom she wed in 2012.

This man, Bill Clinton, may from today be the first First-Man of the great United States Of America! This history making event will take two US presidents (past and to be elected today) to produce the unprecedented office of the first man of the US, making it the most expensive new office ever created politically. But the big questions are: Will he pack to the White House again? Will he again, ever address the US with a mandate? Will woman ever rule United States.

Samsung should be more careful to avoid |
The big name in electronics production, Samsung has been forced to recall 2.8 million washing machines in the US after the doors detached mid-wash, leaving one person with a broken jaw. The company said 34 models of top-loading machines made between March 2011 and November 2016 may be faulty. Nine people have reported washing machine-related injuries and there have been 733 complaints of excessive vibration or detaching doors. Samsung recently had to recall and halt production of its Galaxy Note 7 phone. The South Korean company sought the return of 2.5 million smartphones after customers complained the Note 7 model caught fire. In September, it reported a sharp fall in operating profit following the fiasco. Samsung claimed to have fixed the problem, however, people continued to report exploding handsets, forcing the company to scrap the Note 7 altogether. 'Injury risk' Announcing the recall of the washing machines, Samsung said : "[This] voluntary action was driven by reports highlighting the risk that the drums in these washers may lose balance, triggering excessive vibrations, resulting in the top separating from the washer. "This can occur when a high-speed spin cycle is used for bedding, water-resistant or bulky items and presents an injury risk to consumers." But some customers, who are suing Samsung, allege that their machines "explode during normal use". John Herrington, senior vice president and general manager of home appliances, Samsung Electronics America, said: "Our priority is to reduce any safety risks in the home and to provide our customers with easy and simple choices in response to the recall. "We are moving quickly and in partnership with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission to ensure consumers know the options available to them and that any disruption in the home is minimised." http://www.bbc.com/news/business-37875501
