So? Do you want a handshake?

Or are you not a graduate to know green snakes are vegetarian and eat bugs insects and tiny pets ?

Are you not educated sir?

Eating bugs and insects now makes it vegetarian.
You must be very educated.

I was also surprised to see him at the central mosque today. These days he has been very distanced and disconnected from the Northern political terrain. Irrespective of his political affiliation, i will advise him to always stay in touch to avoid losing relevance, which may be of help to his future political ambitions.

My first time of meeting him though. He seems like a nice man. He just picked the wrong side.

He got paired with an hopeless political clown like Ob! from an insultive, hatefilled, children of hate region. People that can insult anyone and everyone; their kings, their parents and even their elders. People without an iota of good moral upbringing or proper home-training. Just look at them commenting below with their usual pattern

kai... May we never be unfortunate in life

May you keep being unfortunate everywhere you go . Disgusting posts!

BabaO2:

You are the one having inferiority complex here. Because Giroud a white player made a sily mistake, then it should now be a norm and acceptable to africans?
Giroud sorely regretted his action.
Must another player make such silly mistake again?
They needed just 1 goal more to qualify, why doing that at that critical stage when they were already overwhelming the opponent?

Yes, they needed one goal. But not when Switzerland were already leading. A victory for Switzerland gave them six points, no matter how much margin Cameroon won by, it wouldn't have mattered at that point, except Serbia had equalised. Besides the game was almost over then

OhGeeBee:

Ac Milan are losing that match and they need to win the match to win the scudetto.
Giroud scores the winning goal to cap a title winning comeback so it's understandable. The question here is would Giroud have done that if inter had already win the trophy? NO!

Wrong! Giroud's own was just this season. What's this talk of them needing to win the match to win the scudetto, when it is barely mid season?
It was this season that Giroud did it

Good luck!
TheManOfTheYear:

My interview was great. I'd rate it 8/10.

I was already in the meeting room online about 5 minutes to the start of time. The first question was the usual "tell us about yourself and your background".

I gave a brief narration about my work experience so far, (didn't let them know they were internships), also talked about some of my technical writing experience.

At this stage, I quickly chipped in on some of the open source works I've done. The CTO guy immediately developed keen interest when I mentioned open source.
I've actually been doing some beginner friendly open source contributions on GitHub. Both in code and in technical writing. The guy seemed to love that fact.
I made sure I use that moment to shine.

He asked me to show some of my open source contributions on GitHub, which I did.

Now, after about 30 minutes of chit chats, it was time for some technical rounds.
Unexpectedly, it was my projects on GitHub they decided to use to fire me questions.

They went through my different code on GitHub and ask me questions. For example, the guy would enter a file and see a block of code somewhere, he would ask me to explain what the code was doing. Why I used that approach instead of another approach (which he would mention).

Omo me wey don forget why I write some code sef grin
However, I would do my best to explain to the best of my memory and knowledge.

I made sure the interview was as communicative as possible. I expressed myself a lot.

So after one hour, they finally relaxed me.
Now it was time for me to ask them questions. So I decided to ask about their product. What their product really do and what the aim was in the near future.

So yeah, interview process differs, the main thing is to give them a reason to employ you.

But as for DSA, well, that's different lol.
Not all companies use DSA, that must have been a very high paying job role.

They gave me a specific time they'd get back to me, so fingers crossed. grin

Bro, Pls I will like us to connect, I need some motivation and accountability folk. What is your github link and your blog site?
TheManOfTheYear:
So yesterday I submitted my task to the Europe based start-up.
I really struggled with the task, especially some features not working from the Redux area.
But I submitted anyway.

The recruiter contacted me today that they received my submission. They are reviewing it, but she told me whatever the feedback is, it would be "actionable".

Meaning if they aren't satisfied, they'd give me feedback so I can complete it based on the feedback.
If they are impressed enough, I'd proceed to a technical interview.

The position is a junior position, and they really committed to training enough juniors for their company.

Now, assuming I get the job, I would undergo a three month probation period. Afterward, a laptop and workstation upgrade would be sent to me. A mentor (a senior colleague) would be assigned to me etc

This is just to give an insight on how most foreign startups welcome a new employee. But like I say, the hurdle lies in getting in.

I've received a total of about 12 rejection mails so far. That's just the way it is, it's usually a game of numbers. Not necessarily merit. That's why your CV and GitHub are extremely important.
They are the first impressions. A one-page CV is ideal, though mine is two-pages.

A GitHub with good activity and solid projects is key too. So I believe.
The first impressions would get you the interviews. Then your expertise and knowledge can take over afterwards. Not the other way around.

I have a writing work to complete. Man must collect small change take hold body for now grin

Alright let's make this work. I've gone through the thread from the first page to the last page and I'm honestly inspired learning how people came across their fortune. I've also shared mine, became a millionaire at 23 (cryptocurrency investments and trading). 2019 is going to be a massive year for me and I'm opening up an opportunity to a few of you on here. I need dedicated people who can work. Yeah I know you all feel inspired but behind these millions are serious work. I don't want someone coming to me to beg for money, there's no free money anywhere and I honestly don't have money to dash out, but the little I have I shall give, which is pointing you to the way to make your first million next year legitimately.

To qualify, you must be in atleast one of these categories:
*You should be a graduate currently serving(preferably in schools)
*An undergraduate.
*Dete r mined to work hard and be goal oriented.
*Ready to use your brain because this is going to be very tasking but pay will be worth the work and I guarantee you 1million by this time next year.

Please I'll repeat again, I am not giving out free money. I will only furnish you with every information you need and give you clues on how to fish then the ball will be in your court.
Interested people should drop their email, and I'll email you my contact. Thanks
johnamakoh@gmail.com
Thanks boss
