Maize247: Coward people that want war and still want food from their enemies. Biafrans should avoid Nigeria food in the next war because they will eat poison
Imagine, they want to go to war with Nigeria, and they still want the same Nigeria to feed them. The delusion of the Igbo's must be Gods curse on them.
Melonsmasher: One idiot threatened to kill his daughter which is obviously not possible(empty threat), and suddenly to you it turned out to be a threat by an entire race.. wtf
That's why you don't start a fire in a forest, neither do you smoke a cigarette in a gas station, cos you don't know how WIDE that fire will burn...
Ifyok50: That moment Joseph revealed himself to his brethren in the land of Egypt, they COULD NOT BELIEVE him (Gen. 45:3)! And by the time they returned to the land of Canaan, telling their father that Joseph was still alive, Jacob too COULD NOT BELIEVE them! Of course it was hard for Jacob to ever believe (Gen 45:26)! Someone who had long been presumed dead, after several years of not hearing from him? Anyway, that's a testimony. An incredible one. Jacob could not believe it - to see his hearthrob alive, now governor over all Egypt!
Also, when the angel of the Lord told Abraham and Sarah that they were going to embrace a son the following year, the old couple COULD NOT BELIEVE! But it happened as it was said (Gen. 21:1-3)! An incredible testimony for that couple. Sarah who had long passed child-bearing age?
Again, when Rhoda told the believers who were praying for Peter when he was captured and thrown into prison, and that it was Peter knocking at the door, they COULD NOT BELIEVE! Whether they believed it or not, they saw Peter live and direct! He was miraculously delivered from prison and death.
Jesus, our great deliverer, told the neighbors weeping over the death of a damsel that she was sleeping and would be up again, they COULD NOT BELIEVE! They laughed Him to scorn! However, the damsel came back to life. Now, that's a testimony! For the family of the damsel, the neighbors and the entire community!
I could go on and on. I pray for you reading this post right now, in this second-half of the year, God will give you INCREDIBLE TESTIMONIES that will wipe out all your shame and struggles, in the name of Jesus! You will be so shocked to find it hard to believe it yourself. Why? Because we serve a God who is a specialist in impossibilities. A God who does wonders! You are next to testify to the glory of God!
Please comment 'Amen' if you believe you are person God is referring to.
cocolacec: Each region should control its finances e.g taxes, loans, contributions. We can adopt the Chinese hukou system on migration to limit unrestricted Urban Migration. Defence in terms of State/Regional Police and Militia/Military like it is practised in Ethiopia,UK.
godwon01: I am a proper Lagosian ,you should know that. What I am saying is Sanwoolu should not practice politics of bitterness. He should be magnanimous and show to them that he is bigger than any one of them.
Lagos IS NOT NIGERIA. Go and do politics in your state of origin.
AuschwitzPrefec: By Regional ministers, I am implying that ministries like Works , Education and Agriculture to have 6 ministers each representing each zone.
For example, there should be a Minister for Works for the SW, SS, SE, NE, NW , NC.
Same should apply for Education, Agriculture, Transportation and Health.
Other non viable ministries must be abolished and this new ministerial portfolios will fill the vacuum.
godwon01: The lists was dominated primarily by those from Oyo, Ondo ,and Ogun State. No Igbo and Hausa/Fulani. Not a nice one. Lagos is home of so many tribes from Nigeria.
Lagos is not Nigeria. Go and practice your politics in your state.
flokii: Mr Bayo Onanuga was right afterall.. 2023 will be the last year outsiders will meddle in Lagos State politics.
The powers that be in Lagos have finally decided to safe guard our lands and heritage.. Next is to pass laws to protect rightful owners and start reviewing C of Os issued to outsiders. Any Igbo that wants to be politically active should go back to alaigbo and start politics from his village. It's that simple.
Logged in to say thank you for this comment. Come to think of it what concerns Ibo with Yorubaland, and Yoruba politics in the first place
