lilachiever: Work hard and be consistent.
I started with a 4.50 GP, built it up gradually but It got to a point I had to add hustles to studies and lost the consistency, my CGPA went as high as 4.83 before it declined twice and went back up to what I graduated with. Wow, nice. What was your typical study routine like apart from attending lectures? Could you comment on your study technique? How exactly do you read, and recall what you read? Thanks in advance... |

codemaniacs: Go to "Account Settings".
Then click on "Account Details".
Then scroll down to "Setup Your Payout Methods".
Then select "Wise".
Then click on "IBAN" when it asks you to choose between "Local Currency" or "IBAN".
Then enter your details from your Grey GBP account details into text boxes then wait for approval.
I did mine on a Sunday so I had to wait until a workday ( Monday morning) for it to be approved. Good one. Did you use your Grey £ or $ account? |

XAUBulls: @Abagworo,
I've been a veteran member of NL since 2005, and I'm giving this feedback so that YOU will understand things in the right historical context as an old member here yourself.
For your information, over 95% of the total landmass of Lagos State of today was carved out of what is now Ogun State. That part that was carved out when Lagos State was created primarily for the indigenes [Ijebus, Aworis, Ogus, etc] on May 27, 1967 by General Yakubu Gowon alongside 11 other states, was located in the Old Western Region which was governed by the Action Group party of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, GCFR, SAN [who was once the Prime Minister] in partnership with his political lieutenants.
If you look at the FIRST MAP I attached below, you will see that Ijebuland and Aworiland STRADDLE both sides of Ogun and Lagos States.
The Awori-Yorubas who are land owners and indigenes of both Ogun State and Lagos State migrated from Ile Ife in what is now Osun State. Recently, the Awori Obas of Ogun and Lagos States paid a historic visit back to Ile Ife which is their original ancestral homeland and their quarters still exists in Ile Ife as seen in YouTube videos online.
Second, the Ijebu-Yorubas are also indigenes of both Ogun State and Lagos State. Ibeju-Lekki LGA, Ikorodu LGA, Epe LGA, Ajah, etc, are ALL part of the larger Ijebuland which extends directly into the Ijebuland in Ogun State.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State is an Ijebu man so his presence as the Governor is in order being that Ijebuland is part of Lagos State. Former Governor Akinwumi Ambode is originally an Ilaje-Yoruba man from Ondo State. Ambode's father was a Prince from Ilajeland who posted to Epe as a teacher during the days of the Old Western Region and he passed on there and his remains were returned to Ondo State as a member of the Royal family in his Ilaje ancestral homeland. Akinwumi Ambode of course grew up in Epe.
Governor Lateef Jakande of Lagos State from 1979 to 1983, was originally from Omu Aran in Kwara State, but was born on Lagos Island after his parents migrated from Omu Aran. Awolowo raised his hands during the 1979 election cycle and his victory was assured.
So, the indigenes of Lagos and Ogun States see themselves as ONE people... the Aworis, Ijebus, Ogus, etc. Even Ijebuland shares boundaries with Osun State as can be seen from the attached map below. It is just like the Ngwas of Abia who originally migrated from Mbaiseland in Imo State. From the history books and online articles I have read the Ngwas and Mbaise are related to one another. Even Abia State's Alex Otti's paternal ancestry is from Arochukwu, but he is now an Aro-Ngwa. Thank you greatly for this piece of our history as YORUBAS. If chanced, an ongoing thread for this will be appreciated for we Young guns. |

goslowgoslow: Sense you no get..a lot of people get properties in other states why are they not calling those states no man's land? Na only una go first buy land from people? I bought my land in Rivers State from Ikweere man like wise other people so does that now make Rivers no man's land? Why are you people not claiming no man's land in the North despite owing properties there? Na we Yoruba cause am na, forming ''sophistication'' and ''accomodating''; THAT COMES TO AN END! YORUBALAND MUST BE SECURED AT ALL COSTS, I mean what heritage will we give to our children in the future?? |

RockHard: I don't care where you're from or what happens to Bianca, that's you people's business. I'm Awori and Yoruba, and only Aworis, Ijebus, and other yoruba clans have the exclusive right to decide what happens in Lagos. It's the same way other indigenes of other states/regions decide the level of influence they give to outsiders to decide their fate. We are saying enough of ibo excesses. You people can never and will never be accorded the same status that other yorubas enjoy in Lagos or anywhere in yorubaland. Constitution or no constitution. If you're not happy about that you're free to relocate to ala Igbo. GBAM!ALL South West states should emulate this in earnest. |

foleskay:
I concur. Jobs are supposed to be meant for indigenes first like its done in d UK. Then the language shud be made official in all d schs.
Moreover, land sales to non indegens should be restricted, instead be leased or rent. God bless you. Best news of the day so far... |

Danisaint112: Infolenka I disagree with you. White women who are busty are most times too busty and those who are not have very little booby.
But on the African side, our women usually have it in moderation. Like you could say majority of our women have it in the right proportion and still got good shape.
The only area I could say white women generally beat black women in is facial beauty and long hair.
Not that our women aren't beautiful facially but most would be what you could term average beauty. And LEGS, white women murder black women when it comes to legs, particularly the calves. |

He wears only a simple BYC T SHIRT and pants. Sits down and sip his small stout. Meanwhile, his friends and sisters who always comes around do TOO MUCH. Again, he don’t do nothing but observe.
He so much influenced me that I always emulate him and I’m super grateful that I’ve learnt and still learning.
