But not yet hired. The pay depends on the client some pay handsomely and some pays are poor. |

Chuky7:Upwork is a freelance site. There's always numerous jobs there. New jobs every minute in various categories. To get a job, you would just write a cover letter then may answer some questions and attach files to show your past works or portfolio. if the clients interviews you and you are hired. Then go to go There are some task that are long term some short term. Some pay for each hour you work for this especially for long duration jobs, And some has fixed price. If you are not okay with the pay for hourly or fixed price ,You can ask for raise.. The site has its own conversation tool for client and freelancer to interact So the business within the platform. |

I went back to my approved upwork account. researched on which skills pays most. Then i learnt how to write cover letter you know when applying for jobs on freelancing sites. Then improving my skill set. As soon as i deem myself marketable, i would start applying for jobs. Read books. I hope i would start earning soon. Cos at home it's constant complain of sleeping, eating or being seen as useless. If only i had graphic digital tablet mehn i would have being making my money. Just have to do it d hard way with mouse on laptop and fingers on screen. |

.It was quite a task surviving on #50 garri for 3days now, i no longer feel hungry and i felt the need to survive. TREKKED TO A WIFI POINT EVERY EVENING [A VERY FAR PLACE] TO FIND ANY THING online [[and i also did online begging sef on twitter nothing came out of it. just regretted disgracing myself.]]] I CAN DO TO EARN. THEN ONE EVENING WHILE USING THE WIFI, I CAME ACROSS A WHATSAPP DOING REFERAL CONTEST 50 PEOPLE FOR 3K.I IMMEDIATELY COLLECT MY OWN REFERAL LINK. LEFT THE WIFI POINT 10PM. I JUST SEE 15PEOPLE REGISTER. Came back the following day went early like 3pm, then when it was almost 11pm ,I was yet to lea be there and just 35 refered.I went on till it was after 11pm and then my hostel gate was been shut early because people had gone home for holiday. i slept in the open that night, right in front of a shop at the wifi point .mosquito chop my life ehnand cold too Mehn that night was the longest in. my life. That night i got to know MTN was giving 1gb valid for 24hours if u installed and registered its app. I did that(i was even angry i didn't see it in time, cos i wouldn't have to sleep outside) .by the time i got the data my phone battery was already below 15% so i tried sleeping. when morning eventually came i left for hostel ,that day was salah day. Then i was really hungry ,i went to a mosque to beg for food, well i was fed, then i went to my hostel to sleep again small towards evening i checked my whatsapp i see message that one lecturer house say food plenty... na so i waka go there though far from my hostel... i no even con later see food collect there. i sha went about on getting the remaining referal and i got it. I tell guy say i don complete am. E send me the money, i was really happy. The following day i japa commot school oo. the following semester i lost my school fees to fake online investments. alot ni oo. i still suffer again, missed test, had infection, broke my leg. i later kuku tell dem for house say i lost my school fees the portal was to close in 2 days before i told. My mummy find me the money sha. Then through out that semester i still suffer. na because i no wan suffer the kain suffer eey i suffer for 100lvl... na d reason i go do investments oo.. the suffering got tripled. na the. i know say quick money isn't the way. some of my foof then i fried semo, use am do chin chin i fried onions only and ate it. Ate CUstard without milk and sugar for a week too. A lot of mad combo 8 Likes |
