Idiko1: Please be very careful of your wishes. Remember Yoruba land is conquerable. Yoruba have lost more real estate in conflict with other ethnicities than any group in Nigeria. Igbo land lost the whole south east in a war. |

The yearly average salary of igbos before the war was less than £15 a year, stats also show that they had fewer bank account as compared to other southerners. The biggest losers will be igbos if they leave Nigeria, that's why I support them leaving. |

funshint: You're right but the truth is these people didn't invest the money into any farm. They only pay out from the pool of money that they get. How sure are you? Am not saying these people probably aren't Ponzi scammers but I've seen lots of investment companies go bust because of the volatile business environment in Nigeria. You really can't say....but it's still possible you're right. |

Nellsworld: Boss 15% na high side, agriculture is from 5%-9% or 10% at most I own pepper farms in the north and south west. 15% a year isn't much if combined with processing and it's well structured. |
Investment › Re: Eatrich Investment Fails To Pay Billions, Investors Protest, Blame Influencers by JohnSin97: 9:48pm On Sep 10, 2021 |
In agriculture anything above 15% per year is bound to fail one way or the other, plus people are also forgetting that these guys are investing your money in a volatile environment were herdsmen and their cattle are destroying crops, farm thieft, banditry and a poorly structured system abounds...plus, the more the money, the harder it is to manage.. it's easier to turn #50 into #100 but far more difficult to do the same with #500million, it's why most of these investment schemes are usually profitable at the beginning, it's why I invest at their very early stage and pull out after first interest payment. Anyways these scams will continue to go on simply because of the basic nature of most humans; Greed and Foolishness. |

Romanoff: So it is not to say older single women aren't marriageable, abi? Am in my 20s but I don't mind marrying a woman like Mo Abudu....have you seen that woman? Hot, Sophisticated and successful..so the point am trying to make is that any smart man with a functional brain would not consider age, tribe or just looks in picking a partner. It's more of how much that person adds value and compliments you as a person... "Marriageable age" is just a social construct that really doesn't apply to picking a spouse. |
Celebrities › Re: Peter Okoye Shares Lovely Family Vacation Photos by JohnSin97: 9:30pm On Sep 09, 2021 |
Romanoff: Imagine if Peter thought of his wife as "evening newspaper" before he married her.
Stop shaming older single women who aren't married, till e reach your sister turn, you no go understand how e dey be.
Age is not something to shame someone for, unless you hope to die before the age of that person.

The misogynists are already masturbating on my comment. Y'all can fall and die, as una no wan old.
Shior. Lola is a woman who added value to her husband she wasn't really an evening newspaper, there are some women today that even at 50 they won't have issues landing a responsible man, because they have a combination of brains, good looks and will add value to a man.....issue is that most women both young and old today are entitled liabilities, only good at being consumers. |

Ibkhaleel01: You know this VAT thing is like a basta*d child confidently demanding for DNA test in protest against sharing the inheritance with another child he or she considers to be undeserving. If every State stands alone, you will realise that your bragging is on thin air. We have clearly seen that Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Kano lead the pack. If we carry out a simple VAT fertility you will see that your State is VAT impotent....and your much touted beer VAT are blank shots. Na just gum body dey make una think say your state dey fertile. Despite your obvious bias....you have a point. But I feel it will challenge states to think outside the box and grow their revenue. |

It's not about the tweet but generally seun himself, being Yoruba isn't necessarily biological only..... it's a mindset that one has, patriotism to one's tribe. But for a man who claims to be an atheist, you really can't expect him to have tribal loyalty or any loyalty of sort...A godless man he is, his one true religion is his blind logic and the money he makes from this rettarded site. Add to that coming from a state that produced chronic Yoruba sell-outs like obasanjo, MKO and Ernest Shonekan....you really have to give it to ogun state. And people like seun believe in one Nigeria and less in their tribal identity....they live in a distorted reality were they feel and believe that everyone including the fulani extremist shares the same thought as them. Doesn't end well. |

Articulate and well put together. Am Yoruba but I expirenced the Jos 2001 crisis as a child living with my parents in Rock heaven Jos, it was an expirence in hell, those guys killed every non fulani they came in contact with, saw vividly a pregnant woman having her stomach cut open by the fulani bastards while she was alive, killed the baby and left the woman to bleed to death.... thanks to my dad's connections in the army we left Jos safely, but the psychological effects were there....shit gave me PTSD and these guys turned Jos to a ghost town, they killed you either you were a Yoruba Muslim or christain, Igbo or ijaw; note that is was during the era of the Yoruba bastard called obasanjo... they'd point at you and cut you down. Honestly op I read to the end of the thread and you're honestly correct; the unity of is key for survival....the idea of "one north" is a fallacy. |
