I can't understand how a state that owes a small CHINA company $75millon will be talking of Rice when all their lands will soon be owned by the company.

Imagine a State Governed by people and criminals that MISTAKINGLY sign away the destinies of youths they employ to be their Propagandist.

Whenever i click on 'Complete my application'
It says access denied please login to complete your application.
I've used different browsers on different laptops still not working, what could be the problem?

Buhari should just ignore them.

The government breached the contract agreement at first, a programme that is meant for two years, they extended it all because of election campaigns, of course it won't speak well of the government if they disengaged the volunteers amid election after they made promises to the volunteers during election ' *YOUR PERMANENCY LIES ON YOUR VOTER'S CARD*.
I don't see reason why the government can't give these sets of youths jobs or rather a grant, why being so wicked and insensitive

Same question should be forwarded to the retired civil servants after 35 years still depends on gratuities and pensions from the government.
Your number one question is baseless
Volunteers sacrificed their productive time and energy serving the government, surviving on a meagre 30k stipend, hence 1k per day in this present economy of the country ;how to u expect them to save, an attempt to miss going to their place of their primary assignment, they would be threatened with an exit from the programme.
