Hmm my dear God will give us wisdom to handle our children. My neighbor said to me that am going to have another boy like my almost 3yrs son and I didn't know when I said God forbid. The two I have now a girl and a boy are something else and I'm praying for a gentle baby whichever sex

Bitter kola is the answer. Just take a bite and suck on it don't chew. Take it out when u want to eat and put it back. A little bit of it can last for days since you don't have to eat it

Hello mummies,congrats to us all. Something is happening to me which I feel it's strange, I am 14weeks pregnant and I can already feel the baby kicks movement, my first baby I didn't feel any kick or movement till I was 20 weeks. To me this 14weeks is really very early.

Welcome teamie. You shall carry to term by his grace. Its normal to feel weak at this time couple with the malaria you had. Rest well take your prenatals and eat small small. Just look for something to take even if it's snacks and soft drink. Just eat something bit by bit

Please January mums I will offline for a while. I've been crying all morning because of this whole Nigeria wahala and I've been having horrible nightmares. My MiL, hubby, my sister everyone is bothered and wants me to stay off the Internet/social media /news channels. I'll be back when I'm in a better place.

But when I take d prenatals dats when I will start spitting and feeling uncomfortable. What could be d cause?

Some mamas do experience it. One time I experienced that what I did was get my heavy meal ready, take the prenatal and commenced on the food that way I don't feel it. Secondly take the prenatals when you are halfway into your meals. It should not be the last thing that entered your mouth. Hope it helps

Sorry dear for the indestion it ll get better. Omo the weakness nor be here. Me had malaria and small typhoid that I have been battling with plus the morning sickness it was something else but thank God now am better.
