The thing is not funny at all.

The way people are being used is very appaling and it wasn't like this when they started. Obasanjo is to be blamed for this Outsourcing of a thing. There are lots of outsourcing companies living porshe lives on peoples sweat. There is HUGE money in telecom.

Most people aren't aware how HUGE the nigeria telecom sector is. It's like a river which will never run dry. But it has been polluted. I'm just hoping things will change and they will revert to how they used to operate from inception.

The telecom sector will suceed most of the OCs in the nearest future.

Those outsourcing companies are the problem. The companies should hire field engineers directly and pay them accordingly... How can ab engineer be managing up to 50 sites and still being collecting peanut over the years....?
