prodam: Good day my people..
Our aspirations of today shall be the realities of tomorrow and I hope someday great fortune will smile at us all as citizens of this country.
For the past 51yrs, we have been surviving in a country who doesnt cater for the needs and welfare of her youth, a nation whose education pillar has become an object of mediocrity, a self-acclaimed giant of Africa who has failed to rise to her socio-economic challenges.
In sake of patriotism, I and other young and bright nigerians like you guyz continue to contribute our quota to the development of our beloved country, we sacrifice our lives and emotions of our loved ones at the 2011 general elections, we went to libya for peacekeeping, we form progressive groups, despite the ugly, devastating and deteriorating situation of the country..all these we did and will continue to do, but only our own-elected goverment to repay us with death, massacre, unemployment and high-tensioned sufferness due to their ineptitude, cowardness, and nefarious intentions.
And here come the question, why should I still be patriotic?
My answer is simply because if dont be a part of the solution, if i dont join in its revolution, if I dont take care of them WHO WILL?
Pastor chris was right when he said: Nigeria will be built by Nigerians.
Fellow tommorow leaders, keep doing the good work whereever you are because you are relevant to the society.

why now? I agree with Sexkills. they started with sex, now she wants to stop. No way! It's either she continues giving him d cherry or quit d relationship; it's not d guy's fault.
Another consequence of pre-marital sex!

tanimola22: I can assure you that you are wasting your time thinking about an irrelevant thing 'every second of your life'. Besides working as a doctor, an engineer or a lawyer, you can do the same thing- or even better- that almost every other young graduate can do. That you studied physics education does not mean you will end up teaching simple pendulum and equations of motion at Ajangbadi High School, Okokomaiko.

If it is further studies you want to pursue, then start getting yourself familiar with scholarship application process so that you will hit the ground running after graduation. If it is job you want, then acquaint yourself with job sites so that you may know when suitable jobs become available.

Maintain or increase that your GPA and then get in touch with us 5 months before you graduate. If your aim is to pursue further studies, we will take it from there.

Until then, remain strong and blessed, and please think about more important things.

First of all, i want to express my heartfelt grattude to you for the advice you gave when i came here the other time. I must confess i left nairaland a happy person that very day.

Now, i've graduated with CGPA of 4.12.; i still need your help to guide me in choosing a good career path.

Thanks

Romance › A Must Read For Our Single Ladies by jonath0012(op): 6:58pm On Jul 28, 2012
Dear ladies, Firstly, if u are still struggling to find a husband at an old age because u are looking for a perfect man, Something is wrong with u. Now, your propaganda magazine tells u that 'All men are liars, cheats and useless, but let’s be honest here, which is more likely? Is it that there’s something wrong with about 70million African men, OR there is something wrong with one African Woman, U. Ladies, Ů certainly will not get into å blissful matrimony if u are always hanging out with your so call girl friends every night at å beer palour or bar ƞ waiting for å guy to buy you å drink and take you home afterwards. Drinking yourself to stupor every Friday and Saturday night does not exactly make u look like a marriage material. U want a man?...invest in a good wardrobe, and dress responsibly. When a man comes to you, smile and be polite, even if he does not fit your mental image of your kind of man. Ladies, stop coming to relationship with a chip on your shoulder. If u believe all men are bad ƞ all men are Dogs, then it will become a self fulfilling prophesy. No man is perfect! You say u can't marry a blue collar guy like a mechanic or carpenter, Now if a carpenter was good enough to marry Mary mother of the Jesus Christ, why isn't one good enough for you? Do not focus on where a man is now, but look and see where he has the potentials to be. What’s the point of being beaten to a pulp every night by some rich, good looking and non caring man? Do u want a future where u will sit in a traffic in your BMW X6, GUCCI sunglasses covering your swollen eyes and u look out of d window and see a happy couple in a keke napep holding hands and laughing like newly wedded couple even after 12 years of marriage. Please don’t fake pregnancy or get pregnant to trap him, e no dey work again joor! Ur perfect man is out there, believe, work ƞ pray and Ů will get him.Good afternoon everyone. Don't smile if ur a guy with same problem.

Career › Help! Don't Know Wat Career To Choose. by jonath0012(op): 1:07am On Apr 29, 2012
Hi nairaland land users,
I'm a physics education, final year student from a reputable university in Nigeria. My current cgpa is 4.02; hope to graduate with 4.20.

Originally, i chose Elect/elect as my first choice of course; physics science as my second choice, but was admitted to study physics education. I did not want to lose that opportunity because i had already spent four (4) years at home looking for admission; so, i accepted it.

Naturally, I'm good at teaching (some people have told me so.), but there is a problem; I do not want to teach at secondary level, but tertiary, particularly a university. I know i cannot afford to further my education after my first degree because i do not have a sponsorer, and that is more reason I'm confused about what to do after graduation.

I want to know if there is anything i can do with my B.sc(ed), aside from teaching, after graduation. What other career can suit my kind of background?

please i seriously need everyone's advice on this as i think about it every second of my life. All contributions are welcomed.

@op- some STI have HIV symptoms.

Even if the babe had full blown AIDS, 18 days is too damn early to experience such symptoms.

Yes, she gave you some. Lemme I assure you: do you know why she called or texted and started cursing you? Its because you scared the shyt out of her by telling her that you had HIV, and she had to quickly do the test cos she wanted to be sure she didn't contact HIV from you. She cursed you 'cos she was angry 'cos you accused her wrongly.

Why haven't U̶̲̥̅̊ contacted my mail yet sad
