Politics / Re: Willy Obiano Is APGA Anambra Guber Candidate by joney360(m): 5:35pm On Aug 26, 2013 |
It seems most of us here have not realised how elections work in Naija well let me teach U. to win an election you need grassroot support and as it is now the grassroot are farmers and traders who dont browse and who dont think for themselves. so all APGA needs is for the Catholic church which he it has already cornered, market and town leaders to speak to these people and its finish. The Lagos press can advertise Ngige all they can but how many of these grassroot masses watch CHANNELS OR AIT or Browse. 6 Likes |
Politics / Re: Soludo Joins APGA As A Gubernatorial Aspirant by joney360(m): 10:50pm On Jul 29, 2013 |
Nobody should blame Obi for this. He lost the leadership tussle in court to Umeh. Now Umeh has the upper hand in negotiations. so that's how zoning went. Anyway am from Anambra North but I will happily fur fit my so called birth right to Soludo |
Politics / Re: Who Is Most Likely To Become The Next Governor Of Anambra State? by joney360(m): 10:50pm On Apr 15, 2013 |
Apart from SOLUDO which other canditate has presented a detailed VISION of where he wants to lead anambra to and a PLAN of how to get there. Am still waiting for other candidates to present theirs. There is no need to be emotional about this. We need somebody that can think outside the box not just depend on FEDERAL ALLOCATION. Somebody that wants to take anambra to financial Independence from the central gov. As of now only Soludo has this vision. |

This is APGA dieing slowly but steadily. Rochas has jumped ship, Obi has created a new faction and now Umeh has being restored. This was how PDP were battling themselves and APGA took the governorship from them. Now PDP is serious uniting itself in Anambra and bet me if PDP unites itself behind one candidate in Anambra they will win this governorship election clean sweep. They have the money to through about and grass root support. Take the case of 2010 election if the votes of IKUKUOMA, UBA and SOLUDO were put together for one of them PDP would have one. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: Jude Agbaso - Imo State Deputy-Governor - Impeached For Taking Bribe by joney360(m): 10:40am On Mar 30, 2013 |
Agbaso is down and out. So now I want the house to focus on the contract award process in Imo state, cos I can't understand how a contract of N1.2billion is awarded and the cost is paid upfront. This is not due process. Due process demands that the contract should be subjected to open bidding and the winner of the bid paid 25% or 10% mobilization fee. The other payments should come as certification is obtained by the contractor from ministry of works for a job welldone as contract progresses. So why was JPROS paid N1.2b upfront? How many kilometers is the said road? Is the road actually worth N1.2b? What other projects was due process circumvented? Impeachment is a start they need to complete this process. Imagine a situation where a contract is awarded to a contractor and payment made upfront. Do we consider if the contractor does a shoddy job cos he already has the Money or decides to bail completely. |
Politics / Re: Tinubu Speaks On Botched 2011 ACN/CPC Merger, Cautions Buhari Against Blackmail: by joney360(m): 10:06am On Mar 18, 2013 |
This might be a stale but I really hope this factors that destroyed the merger has being dealt with. I also hope can now understand why some Apga members rejected this merger. In the words of Obi "Its better to be majority in the mist of minority than a minority in the mist of majority" cause nobody will listen to u or care about ur feelings |
Politics / Re: Another APC Application Confirmed By INEC by joney360(m): 11:27pm On Mar 11, 2013 |
See people the initial intention of APGA founding fathers was to name it UPGA but INEC denied them cause of the first republic UPGA(NCNC + AG) merger that even failed. So even if African progressive congress has being de registered their acronym is still retired. May be name like United progressive alliance(UPA). They should this their owambe and do the right thing first !4 going public. |

Politics / Re: Why Anambra Won't Support APC by joney360(m): 9:58am On Feb 24, 2013 |
Politics is for the rational not emotional. Sitting at ur desk outside SE and shouting we will win all SE is tantamount to failure go and ask Buhari about 2011 any SE state not with PDP is with APGA. It was easy for ACN to win SW because PDP had no foot hold there. PDP only won in SW cos of there rigging machinery and when it came to FREE and Fair election ACN won them cos they already had AD root support. Apart from NGIGE and to some degree ROCHAS all the politicans joining APC from SE are the irrelevant and failed politicans of the zone seeking an avenue to grab power and achieve relevance again. |

Politics / Re: Okorocha, Umeh Are Ingrates — Obi’s Aide by joney360(m): 11:49pm On Feb 19, 2013 |
My suspicion about this merger is. ACN went as far Kaduna and CPC came to lagos when the where negotiating this merger. Who has come to enugu for discussion? Why is my bro Rochas in a hurry to join APC. Can't u wait to be begged. Why are they meeting at lagos is lagos our capital? Or is this APC a yoruba agenda trying to appear nationalistic to gain power.? Igbos should not put all their eggs in one basket anyway. If APC succeeds let ROchas and Ngige rep us and if GEJ continues OBI is there with the unholy matrimony. Let nobody deceive anybody with ONENIGERIA we all know we are not. We are only Nigerians when it suits us( when we need access to national cake) 3 Likes |

Bro, if u say ur people don't steal money its ok. May God bless them. But I steal repeat myself Nebo Performed creditably well as UNN VC. If u where in UNN b4 he took office u will understand. least we forget he was made VC of federal UNIversity Ekiti cos of his performance in UNN. And please His name is NEBO not NEDO. If u think am supporting him cos of tribe. Try asking any UNN grad aw well he performed. If U talking about the VC(Mbanefo) before came in that one I can say he is bullshit did nothing atol |
Politics / Re: G by joney360(m): 1:54pm On Feb 17, 2013 |
Bros, whether UNN saw war or not. I leave that argument. You may consult the history books. I think the main issue here is whether NEBO performed as VC. I can vouch for him he performed, under him many new buildings where constructed and some old ones rehabilitated. He also reduced many admission racketeering to barest minimum. On embezzlement, all I can say is there is no public officer Nigeria in resent times that has not embezzled public form. The important thing for me right now is at least work while stealing. Am a realistic fellow |
Politics / Re: G by joney360(m): 8:08pm On Feb 16, 2013 |
The money donated by dangote group was used directly to construct a squash court b4 the NUGA games. The court was ready b4 the games. Dangote paid directly to the contractors. |
Politics / Re: G by joney360(m): 8:00pm On Feb 16, 2013 |
Incidentally am a Lion and was admitted during Nebo yrs. On funding let me let u know that Adenugas donation was a radio donation and if he has completed the payment I don't know. As 4 others I don't know. UNN was bombed during the war and after the war it was strategically underfunded. When Nebo became VC we started paying development levy to assist in renovation and constructing buildings, this was a direct copy of UNIZIK that used dev levy to construct most of the buildings in their permanent site. Under Nebo the following buildings where constructed or completed Library A Hostel Block 6 lecture theaters Roads Electrical Engineering block My alma mater is not yet what it should be but am glad the new VC is also carrying on with completion of abandoned buildings and construction of new ones. Nebo was never a lecturer in UNN at any capacity. Before he was VC he was lecturing at ESUT. Nebo opened the door to new developments in UNN if u knew what it was before he came in. On whether he embeZzled funds. All I can say is that I can't Vouch for the innocence of any Nigerian. But he did creditably well as a VC of UNN. |
