Ogbeni, yorubas have never been the most educated in nigeria, maybe they are in benin republic or cotonu or any other of their villages or enclaves, but not in nigeria.
For example; having few professors doesn't generalise people to be educated, hausas have professors too, Igbos have millions of professors too, both in homeland and abroad. What you should check is the "literacy percentage" of those who can swim freely in learning and education generally. Which many yorubas have failed woefully.
