Ifeoma77: "The Association of Shekere Shakers Union (ASSU) commenced a national indefinite strike over the refusal of the Federal Government to meet their demands. Speaking to journalists at the solidarity march, the publicity secretary described the negligence of the current government as criminal and crass irresponsibility. Members of the Union decried the lack of basic infrastructure such as soft landing ground and bigger shekeres while also lamenting the long months of owed salary. The National president of ASSU has insisted that the Executives of the Union will not relent until their full demands are met.
When contacted by this correspondent, the minister of shekere labour - Ifeoma.77 - had no comments"

Mm. Over to him. cc: @ibrotee0 Topsmamen: There's a NOC for construction project manager though - 0711.
My thoughts: If he's not a civil engineer (2131), I reckon he might have to go with 0711. "Planning engineers, also known as project planners, are responsible for planning and co-ordinating the project schedules, timelines, materials, plant, equipment and labour for construction projects. They are also known as "construction project managers" - Quora, Google. |

Cool. odogwudozilla: So,
I have been thinking about how to make it easier for everyone to refer to posts that made the most impact without having to ask the same questions over and over again. In my view, the posts that make the most impact will generate the most "likes" since it means it resonated with the readers. However, these posts are scattered throughout the pages in the thread, which kind of makes it hard to get to them one by one.
As my way of doing something about it, I wrote a script that scrapes through the data on the thread, collates the (50) posts with the most "likes". Below are the direct links to the respective posts. Enjoy. |

There's no NOC for project management. You have to choose based on your discipline. It looks like you are a civil engineer, right? ibrotee0: hello my seniors,

He might not need to redo his own medicals, but his family has to. Bayonle07: Dear all,
A friend Received a notification yesterday night. The application was canceled. Reason: Incomplete application. Did not include upfront medical report for wife and Kids.
They were not in town at the time so he only did for himself and explained (LOE) that the wife was having a baby (almost 9months pregnant) then, being reason why they decided to do hers after birth.
Any help / advise please?,or just back to square 1? |

However, if you get a gift and back it up a gift deed, you can get the money anytime. babebeky: Please at what stage does one need to start gathering his/her POF to ensure one is within the timeline of 6months.

Hi, For Canadian immigration, it is your education credential(s) that you assess, not work experience. For your job, you need a reference letter in CIC format from your employer or if you are self-employed, there are documents to present. All the resources you need are on page 1 of this thread. nkechima: Good day @all...I'm a Dressmaker with some years of work experience However, I have gone through the first page and the following info got me confused" The assessment is NOT mandatory if: • The applicant is applying under the Federal Skilled Trade Program.
Secondly, I have done lots of searching and digging and found that Dressmaker don't need any kind certification. ....... I might be wrong..... I need your help.
Your contributions will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. nkechima: Good afternoon house, please put me through on how to assess my certificate as a Dressmaker. |

For the bolded, it might be problematic if you get huge inflows into your account after an ADR. It will reflect in the SOA you are presenting. Always better to be safe than sorry. cc: @Edmontonlad ladymarshall: Laws. Find the section, subsection of the law or policy or CBN directive etc that specifically bans bankers from revealing bank information to third parties. That's the only way to prove it beyond reasonable doubt.
E.g CBN consumer protection framework 2016, section 6 (2) specifically demands confidentiality and privacy for all financial customers. No information regarding customers' accounts can be divulged without the customer's consent. The bank will not give them that information. Even here, the tax man with all his power and flex, lol, must be armed with a court injunction before the bank will agree to release such personal financial information and even at that they will inform the customer first through mail.
Lol, I think I know why you asked. I like your risk appetite. Ensure the POF money is in your account at the time of e-APR and ensure you have the required POF at the POE when you land. Whatever you do in between with the money is at your risk. In the case of ADR for POF, you cannot tell if it will come to that, ensure you can access the money and put it back in your account when necessary. |

You can present money in your hubby's account for POF as long as he is accompanying. You will include a letter of support with your application. dedalove: Hello house. Thanks for all the responses all the time. Really appreciate this forum. Please I will like to ask a question. I am the PA but as of now all I have is almost half of the required POF for a family of 4. I just want to know if it's not too late post ITA to get a gift deed from my mum or can my hubby transfer the balance to me then and hope his account statement will not be needed for documentation. I am pre-ITA but hoping for one soon but have no lump sum in my account, only Tbills for part of the POF. |

2. You can do your medicals separately, in different countries. 3. You, your wife (and if your son is 18yrs and above) will need to do medicals for any country that have stayed in the last 10yrs for at least 6 months in a row. See this. ketutheo: Good Evening, Please I will like to know if I can do my Medicals before I am invited to apply. Although I haven't been invited but I am hopeful. Can I do my Medicals in Nigeria while my Wife and Son in Sweden do theirs there, will it been ok or I should ask them to come home so we do it together. I am the principal applicant. Does my wife and son also need the Police certificate or just me. Thank you |
