I dont think the week after Salah will be possible cos that's the week for new ministers. The new Petroleum Minister will receive reports from all the petroleum parastatals and other departments/ministries under him which may take him up to a month to digest. By that time , NNPC can no longer make any decision about this recruitment without his approval. The new Petroleum Minister can decide to play along with NNPC or decide to delay the process or even suspend/cancel the recruitment process. Is better for NNPC to notify successful ones before introduction of new ministers .We should try to keep ourselves busy.

But Local man can not even call dem to ask for help or get info about issue of TF and APL.

What is stopping them to create a form link to fill on their website, or create another website that has ndlea.gov.ng for the registration. Yet a lot of people having problem with the "emplug" and it seems the website is improving along with people's complaints.


Note: this emplug of a site just came online about a month ago, and was initially looking for visitors, claiming it's a social platform. Suddenly it becomes the platform for ndlea application page.

He does bro. He was also a member of the interviewers panel that day. As per the cooked up .... forget it. I have at least 6f them who currently work in NNPC in my church,.. including a past GMD.

Evening all, I spoke with two different members of my church who work with NNPC here in Abj to ask few. Questions. The first person is a young guy who entered during the last recruitment and he said there is no correlation between APL n TF. He said he received his TF during their time n was also given APL. He also said so far the process has been transparent.

The second person is a manager and i met him today after evening service. He also said same. However, he said those of us in Abj might not receive TF cos we didn't travel. I asked him when the results will be announced and he said soon. I didn't want to push him further as to ask for a date cos na old man.

Underrated Comment!

In all honesty, we can unravel this thing if we cooperate

So let's start by finding answers to these questions

Did they pay anybody today?

How many interviewees are they paying per day?

If anyone of us here have seen interviewees from dates like 3rd, 5th, 8th and 10th received alert, can we try and post screenshot here (we've had mass wave of 2nd, 9th and 11th, and we've gotten evidence of 1st and 4th too here on nairaland)

How many of the interviewees are even here on nairaland and what's our fraction to the total number of interviewees?





Note, you guys can go and check ExxonMobil and Total thread, you'll observe that, when it comes to invite for interviews (most especially) and test, some applicants will be like "have they sent invite to those in Abuja? have they sent invite to those in PH? have not seen anybody from UYO, they've not sent invites to financial analysts applicants, they're yet to send invites to subsea engineer, etc" at the end of the day, you'll find one or two guys saying mail has dropped for next stage.

In short, saying "I've not seen a particular date been paid" is not enough to dismiss "theories" floating around.


Remember, during test and interview invites, some were asking questions like " did they shortlist applicants from Private University? did they shortlist anybody that sat for test in XYZ Center in Abuja? I'm yet to see anybody from ABC center in Kano that was shortlisted etc".

At the end of day nko? People were shortlisted from their centers, or discipline or schools.

If payment has stopped trickling down, a necessary but insufficient condition for Tfare and APL to be related would be that there exists an arbitrary panel, P such that all the 6 candidates in P have been paid. Because 9000/1300 is greater than 6. I don't think anyone has suggested the existence of such a panel up till now.

To understand my point, look at it this way: if in all panels at least one person is not paid, and these are the ones that would be called. It would mean that 1/6 of the total candidate pool of 9000 which is 1500(greater than the speculated number(1300) of people to be recruited) will receive APL which is in opposition to wide spread speculation that 1300 or less candidates would be recruited.

We have more than six (6) interviewees for each panel. In my own panel, they called me and one other guy from the amphitheater, however, I was the only one around. When I got there, I met like 6 applicants already, with one presently inside making it eight ( 8 )interviewees at that moment, of which it could have been nine (9) if the other guy that was called along side me was there.
