No light anywhere I don't know what is going on And I don't trust Nigeria again!

This has been trending since two days now and I find it may worrisome A deceased 'trekker', who swore that if Buhari does nor perform he would hang himself. You see, if this is true,of will be sad to let you know that these kind of people should be the real politicians/leaders, who know the shame of not keeping one's word. The Kano State Film Censorship Board has closed down over 50 solo dance houses and 100 games clubs for exposing underage girls to prostitution and encouraging truancy among pupils and students.

The agency said apart from enticing innocent girls to indulge in prostitution and other social vices, some of the girls were impregnated in the clubs.

Premuim Times reports that ,he executive secretary of the board, Ismail Afakallah, noted that only last week before they effected the closure of the dance houses, there was a case of two teenage girls impregnated in one of the houses.

He said the government took “harsh position” to ensure that the state was free of vices that corrupt the morals of the society.

Commenting on the closure of the game centres, Mr. Afakallah said the addictive tendencies of the game clubs encourage theft and truancy among pupils and students.

“Because of the hazard of such game clubs in breeding delinquent elements in Kano, the censorship board had no option but to close down the houses,” he said

A 400-level male student, Kayode Oluwaseyi, of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, has been paraded by the State Police Command for allegedly breaking into students’ hostels to steal and take advantage of female students.
According to reports, Oluwaseyi, of the department of Transport, belonged to a notorious gang known as ‘Three Mopols.’
The state Police Commissioner, Leke Oyebade, confirmed that the suspect stole valuable property and sometimes took advantage of his female victims.
Confirming his arrest, Oyebade said the suspect belonged to a notorious criminal gang better known as ‘Three Mopols.’
“Oluwaseyi was paraded with two others, Adeyemi Taiwo and Adeyemi Kehinde, who were said to have been receiving some of the stolen items.
“Items recovered from Oluwaseyi include six different laptops, one toy pistol, one LG plasma Television, 34 phones, three stabilisers, one GOTV decoder, a sum of N126, 500 cash and one Olympic camera.
“They confessed that they have burgled several houses and carried out many robbery operations in Ogbomoso area,” the Police boss added.

The chairman of Silverbird Groups and lawmaker representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District , Ben Murray Bruce, has challenged anyone with evidence that he stole money to publish it.

The #commonsense advocate said that he founded Silverbird with a loan of twenty thousand naira (N20,000) from his father in 1980 and he is happy that it has become a business empire, employing and creating jobs for thousands of Nigerians and others. The company is celebrating her 35th anniversary.

"I founded Silverbird in 1980 with a ₦20, 000 loan from my father and on November 21st we will be celebrating 35 years. Thank you Nigeria!"

"Silverbird is evidence you dont need to steal to make it in Nigeria. If anyone has evidence (not innuendo) that I stole, please publish it," he posted on his Twitter handle.

Some of his critics have alleged that the media mogul might have enriched himself during his days as Director General of Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, but he has denied such allegations and challenged anyone with evidence to publish same.

In a recent interview with Vanguard, Senator Bruce noted that when he took over NTA, it was broadcasting six hours a day but he brought 24 hour television broadcast to the country. He is also credited to have revived the cinema culture in Nigeria as well as entertainment on radio and on TV.

President Muhammadu Buhari said Monday in Abuja that his administration would give full regard to due process and the rule of law in the prosecution of its war against corruption.
Speaking at an audience with a delegation from the Foursquare Gospel Church, President Buhari restated his commitment to recovering stolen funds, but stressed that the present administration’s efforts in this regard would be fully within the ambit of the law.
“Under military rule, people could be arrested and held on the basis of suspicion, but in a true democracy, anyone accused of an offense must be presumed innocent till pronounced guilty by a court of law,” the President noted.
President Buhari said that his administration was therefore diligently building up its case against those accused of stealing government funds, getting necessary evidence and facts, before formal charges are brought against them.
He congratulated the Foursquare Church in Nigeria on its 60th anniversary convention, which was concluded on Sunday at the National Camp AJEBO.
In his remarks, the General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church, Rev Felix Meduoye lauded the Buhari administration for its positive strides in the war against corruption and insurgency.
He said that the church will continue to pray for the peace and prosperity of Nigeria.

Though the mini airplane has no engine, the perfectly made body represented that of an actual jet. The jet can contain two to three persons.

She is better than some pastors that have billions but their follower live in abject poverty, sometime i think that churches have up to this savings and wealth in millions of dollars while most of the members live in abject poverty, they should preach to themselves before preaching others! Yes charity begins at home.

Students of University of Illorin, sent an open
letter to the presidents of Nigeria. The letter was
written by student Government Union leader of
the school and it reads….


It is with great honour that I write Your
Excellency, on behalf of the entire students of
the University of Ilorin,(UNILORIN) to request for
an interactive session with the students during
your visit to the university's 31st Convocation
and 40th anniversary ceremonies slated for
October, 2015.
It is on record that all through the 16-year rule
of the PDP-led Federal Government, only former
President Olusegun Obasanjo visited the
university on Friday, May 25, 2007, to inaugurate
the then newly-built Senate Building and
University Auditorium. At no other time did any
president deem it fit to visit the university, let
alone hold talks with the students.
The indication that Your Excellency will visit the
university is particularly heart-warming but the
students want to meet their beloved president. It
saddens our hearts that we are not aware that
the President has scheduled meeting the most
peaceful students in Nigeria as part activities
lined up for the visit. Our students are so sad
and stressed by this and the psychological
trauma will increase with time except the
president graciously accepts to meet them.
The cooperation of our students' body has made
the university and the nation proud on several
occasions as evident in the stability of its system,
impressive ranking inthe comity of institutions
and, amongst others. This accounts chiefly for
why our university is one of the most sought-
after institutions in the country by admission
seekers.
I humbly appeal to Your Excellency to duly
consider our request. All the students will be
eagerly awaiting your visit with baited breath. A
session will them will be the icing on the cake.
We are ready and willing to listen and engage in
constructive dialogue with the president of our
country. This is the change we yearn for and this
is the change we deserve.
