To avoid getting glued to the computer 24hrs, try to get at least the daily and weekly pivots on your chart ,more importantly is the weekly pivot.
if you look at the 4hrs chat carefully you will observe the way price always respect the weekly, price gets drawn to this weekly like a magnet,often this happens on Monday or tuesday,so if you open your chart on a Monday and you find price above the weekly pivot, just wait for price to get to this weekly pivot,depending on the over all direction of the trend you wait for the comfirmation candle in the direction of the major trend (if its not trending, then you wait for a double comfirmation candle in any direction from the weekly pivot)and follow price from there.usually,this is the direction price will follow till the end of the week till friday.

but in some cases ,price gets to S1 or R1 (depending on its direction)of the weekly pivot and reverses from there and if this does occur,it usually occurs on wednesday ,so you be prepared to follow price on reversal till friday..
with this system,you will buying from dips ,minimising risk while maximising profits.
with this scheme, you avoid getting whipped using the daily pivots on days when price zigzags.
usually i trade nothing less than *100 leverage, so when price moves between 300 and 600 pips within the week you have your income for the week.

Next time ,try to get ready to trade from the daily pivot from 11:00am CET taking into consideration market sentiment from pivot ,from my opinion optmize your position by taking a high leverage and be satisfied with your TP at R1 or S1. and leave the trade immidiately...I believe Oil is much more easier to trade than currencies because there are not much sentiments attached..when it moves it moves and moves big especially from the pivot

You have to make your conclusion based on % of internet users population in the country.... this is a statistic by wikipedia not a ranking,, some countries in the list are made up of only 10 million population and have as much as 80% internet users ,however nigeria with a population of 250M and 28% internet users is not not a good start.
