I never marry my fiance, so I'm thinking I will add her after AOR or what do you feel?[/color] FSW is usually for man, spouse and kidss. However, you can include them by adopting them legally as dependants especially if they are below 18. If your parents are not in the picture, it will be easier.

Just kidding There is no way around proof of funds. Ask your dad if you can sell you guys land and houses, take the money to Canada with you

As far as i know, no, it is not enough pre-ITA. After you get ITA, you can modify the work history section to include a 1-year experience (say, NYSC for example) and move the rest of your work history under the Personal history section so you would not have to provide references from all your places of employment.

And I have three other expired international passports with other visa stamps. Should I upload my bio data from the valid international passport only or with other expired ones ?.....Please I need clarification ?....Thanks.

You belong to a denomination, then you don't. You traveled to UK and have a US visa, yet it is only in Canada you are claiming asylum because dem be mugu there.

It is these people that are giving others false hope. She has been there 6yrs, will have settled down with the kids and will be thinking "delay means acceptance". She will definitely be kicked out even if it takes another 10yrs which I doubt. The government has raised the removal of refused cases to the same status as removal of criminals.

Worst thing, those kids names and biometrics are now on the database. If they have to apply for any Western visa when they are grown up, they have to answer "yes" to the questions: "have you applied for refugee status in any country before? ", "have you been removed from a country before?" or risk misrepresenting.

Please someone should assist me on this.... I tried filling the express entry for the first time and after filing the eligibility questionnaire.... it keep saying based on my answers that am not eligible.... Further drilling down shows that the error must have occurred when filling the work experience part... I have about 3years and 6 month experience but when I clicked 2-3 years as shown in the picture below it keeps giving the non eligibility error.. but if I changed to 4 yrs it will say am eligible....What can I do?
