Used the search bar multiple times too If anyone sees any Account manager/Sales Executive role in Calgary, please let me know |

Agbeni33: Good morning all. Please I need your candid advice .
Am planning to move to Canada next year. In using EE I have used CRS calculator to calculate my point and I have up to the point that qualify me to get ITA. The problem to start the process by myself is POF. For now all my life savings is not up to the required POF.
In addition to this, there is a pastor I know and in the process of conversation I told him about my plan and he said his not an agent but he can help me out to get to Canada. He as helped one guy in the church to migrate to canny. This man said I should bring 800k for the whole process. This man lived in Europe before he came back to Nigeria.
Please I need your good advice on which part to follow. Follow the ladder to heaven |

whizqueen: I was told 6 to 8 weeks. I’ve spent almost 3 weeks now and I’m yet to receive the card so I guess it’s not 15 days. But it differs from province to province. Wow. Thanks a lot. |

For those who landed recently, how soon does one get issued the PR card? Still 45 days? Or now 15 days? |

Una welldone o.
Thanks to everyone that helped with the passport situation.
I don't know why I get rubbed off the wrong way whenever this IELTS issue comes up... Before anything, may i please add that our pastors didn't try for us at all. At alllllll. It's so sad how we relegate meritocracy to the background and dwell solely on divinity. These pastors just wanted their pockets to be heavy, if only they knew how much damage they caused and still cause.
How does a full blown adult believe he/she didn't pass an exam but GRACE helped him pass. How? Please tell me how? And someone is saying those that wrote once had the grace, so are you saying you had no grace? Nigerians, please I am begging, let's stop this thing. Anyhow you want to look at this, we are more than this thing we're doing. From the point of Christianity, we were made from God's image and likeness, we are demi gods, trailblazers, change makers, let's use our brains more often. If you come from an evolution point of view, we are homo sapiens for Pete's sakes. Homo freaking sapiens, the chosen ones after natural selection, the higher animals, with good brains. If you joke around an exam, you will fail. It's a given. If you understand the tricks in an exam, you will pass. It's that simple.
For those worrying about Indians and Scandinavians, do you know that learning a language entirely as a second language, especially at adulthood increases your chance of passing it in an exam. I'll explain... remember your primary school French classes, how did you answer the comprehension bit? Copy and paste. You didnt try to understand it or anything. Simply recognition and matching most of the time, your chances of success are higher that way. Do you know your Nigerianism affects your understanding and use of the English language eg, our use of continuous tense in our local language affects us in English such as : 'm na-ana kita' which means I'm going now... what if I told you that's wrong in English? 'I'll take my leave now' is a better way to put it (I nearly wrote 'of putting it' now) but you get my drift...
We're going to a first world country, let's drop all the rubbish and decay we learnt here, please. Guys, please... I'm begging. |

johnnybravo1990: Be also there to advise her when her marriage ends in divorce o. Let’s call a spade a spade. Abeg, forget that, ‘you can survive in Canada as a single mother’. She may go ahead with the Express Entry process for now, but finally, going to Canada without her husband’s approval and company is simply asking for a divorce. Who in Canada will want to marry a single mother with 3 kids when their father is still alive? Loneliness is real o! There is a kind of loneliness that your kids cannot solve, and that only a partner can quench. So it is a simple but difficult choice — Canada/divorce or continued marriage/love. You must point this to her when you advice: ‘so when your PR comes, will you want to risk your marriage because of Canada if your husband still refuses to agree to only you going?’
Even though I am also in the race to land in Canada, I will always reiterate that Canada is not everything; everything in this life is vanity. In some situations, one needs to weigh their options properly before they decide any action, and they need to be prepared to face the consequences. A na-ako shit. Loneliness is real, ko. So all the single people going to Canada have all died? Mtchew. As if she would be going to Canada if he had kept their account at billionaire status. Something her present condition currently lacks, is making Canada look attractive. May we never marry a spouse that kills destiny! |

Uchihakenpachi: Please help Uchihakenpachi Can you make a trip to Mauritius? This means they get to see original copies although for PCC it has to be the day after you've left. Can you decline the ITA and wait till after the trip so they can have the passport as long as they need it. Can you upload evidence of request to IRCC so they see you tried to get the PCC and you'll submit it soon. I really wish I could help. Some countries are really annoying |

Uchihakenpachi: Hello Nairalanders, i am in a bit of a bind. I am trying to get a PCC from Mauritius as i lived there for 7 months Furthermore, there is no high commission for Mauritius in Nigeria to help make things easier. My issues are: 1. I cannot trust too many hands with my passport 2. I do not know how long my passport is going to be with them and they don’t know either Please what else can i do? Thanks. Go to other forums like Canada visa and ask Mauritius locals who are resident in other countries how they did it. I'll check with some contacts and see what I come up with. |
