Wow! A welcome development. Truly this is what it means to have ideas.... I see job opportunity here. The sooner they come up with this the better for Nigerians.

Gone, are now the days when Nigerian will be scammed of 1000 Naira and then killed because of feeble promise of employment.

barcanista:
I don't know why you people like unnecessary argument. Only in Nigeria one will be seeing such argument. Like I said, Ministers/President Draft policies which the permsecs' and other civil servants implements. The perm-sec does not draft policies for the government, anybody cannot draft policy for the government. People can only suggest Ideas to the government.

Pls read this and I am done wth this argument www.nairaland.com/2413908/need-ministers-despite-existing-career
And the link provided is just another opinion expressed by this moniker. I wonder when the FG gave this moniker the monopoly of opinion?.
PoliticsRe: Tension In Bayelsa As Patience Jonathan Plans To Hijack APC, PDP by joseph1832(m): 10:29pm On Aug 05, 2015
It sounds that the Lame Dame Patience Jonathan doesn't want to go out without a bang! She should know that her husband is no more the number one in Nigeria, so, she can be touched.

If she continues to meddle in affairs that concern her not, I believe she will go out with a bang, and that bang will be a 6 by 4 inches room!.

"Patience is virtue" but not when you're Patience Jonathan.

Truly, we have misplaced priorities in Nigeria, if this protesters can storm the NASS over Edo state loan to vent their displeasure, I honestly see no reason whatsoever why they didn't storm the same NASS over the gargantuan allowances the NASS members receive.

but not falling to this extent....... I smell fraud and deceit
There is no fraud bro, the Naira will always drop against the dollar because it is weak.

If we want to solve this problem, we should ask why it got weaken in the first place, during the time of Sani Abacha, the Naira was 98 Naira to 1 dollar, we should trace the cause from the time to this present time.

I remember the Naira being devalued like 2-3 times from 2010 to 2015. What were the remote cause and who or what is responsible? Whoever is responsible should be fired, and what is responsible should be fixed.

This is the only way the Naira will heal after torrents of rape from the dollar!.

Some Apc e-robot ll nt see anything bad in it.
You expect them to see something wrong with it? When the DSS was doing this same thing and AIG Mbu was on rampage during the past administration, the supporters of the PDP never saw anything wrong in it. So why should some APC e-robot see something bad in this?.

To me, if there detention is not legal, then the DSS is truly over stepping its bound.

barcanista:
We are in serious trouble in this country with the way things are going.
Funny, I didn't hear you say this under the past administration. So why now? What is different between what the DSS did in the administration from the last administration?.

to your doubters, i can say wait and see.

today it happened to me, i went to the bank to transfer $1000 to my nephew in Canada

the bank refused to collect my money in dollars, they refuse to transfer the equivalent from my Naira account, claiming some CBN stories,

i had to find someone in UK to send the money. they claim i should go get form M state all the reasons and wait in line like others maybe 2 or 3 weeks time.

now imagine what would happen to a business man trying to pay for goods in china when the bank is rejecting foreign currency?
Its the same thing that will happen to a man who wants to buy petrol to run his business but couldn't see it to buy.

This is why you should not on your beliefs on people. Follow me as I follow Christ.
On the other hand, God doesn't hate gay people, he lives them in fact because he loves everyone sinner or not.
But God does not condone homosexuality.
Yes he doesn't, the Bible expressly say that, but we shouldn't forget that homosexuality is a sin and God repudiates sin! So you guys should stop separating Sin as if some sins are better than some and God condone some while he doesn't condone some.
PoliticsRe: Desmond Tutu Says That He Would Rather Go To Hell Than Be With A Homophobic God by joseph1832(m): 11:50pm On Aug 04, 2015
Matt Slick, you should know that Desmond Tutu has his named written in the sands of time. You and your bunch of twisted and concocted ban of individuals can go choke on his achievements and see if any of you can come close to what he suffered and endured.

I wonder when this LGBT individuals will understand that not all must subscribe to their idea of sex and sexuality, so they should stop shoving it in peoples faces.

In fact, they're doing what the Christians and Muslims do, shove their beliefs and opinions down peoples throat for them to digest. If I say I don't like gays, then, that's my business. I wonder what makes it their business.

Besides, I've been trying to get a hang on this LGBT of a thing because I feel if a man and a man/a woman and a woman can have sex base on their feelings for each other, I still see no reason whatsoever why a 40 year old man can't have sex with a 13 year old girl base on their feelings for each other.

Mynd44, I've gone through this thread from page 0 to 6 and barcanista never replied your mention. Believe me you that he saw it, but because he knows fully well that replying you will further expose his half truth and twisted economics as well as his one sided analysis, he chose to not reply it.

And should you wonder why he always call on his dogs, (you call them goon, I prefer to call them dogs) whenever he opens a thread, he does so so that they can debate their twisted facts and logic, deceive the feeble minded and use that to cajole the mods so his thread can be moved to front page so his pay masters will know that he's doing what he's been paid to do!.

You might also have noticed how he only open threads that counter and attack any 'good' the present administration score, and when he can't counter it, he attributes the success to the past administration.

Barcanista and his dogs can only be satisfied, only when GEJ is sworn back as president!. Its such a pity!.

Is it that Mr Godwin is simply unintelligent?
Is he under pressure of any kind to perform?‎
Why the cosmetic change?

To be honest, I want to see transformational progressive change, but if Barcanista's ‎writeup is anything to go by, then it means we're still far from anywhere near el-dorado.
Smh really.‎
Yes what if! Tell me, how does the exchange rate affect you? Has it so far hampered you from performing you duty in your place of work? And how come your master only focus on those operating dormicilliary account? I believe they're not the only ones living in Nigeria are they?
PoliticsRe: Naira "Appreciation": Why Nigerians Should Not Celebrate by joseph1832(m): 3:02pm On Aug 04, 2015
barcanista:
The question is "why are prices of goods still high(and even goin high)"?
The question you should ask yourself is, have there ever been a time in Nigeria that the price of good drop?

Even the price of transportation is still high knowing that petrol isn't 97 Naira anymore but 87 Naira.

MODIFIED

And just to ask you a couple of salient question also, are those who operate dormicialliary account the only ones in Nigeria?.

Are they the only movers and shakers of the Nigerian economy? it seem your write up is purely based on them.

Funny how you just focused on them as if they're the only set of people who live in Nigeria.
