yes, anyway I was able to chart with their customer care rep and she said I would be refunded b/w 2-5 days.

just woke up this morning to see that Netsol has deducted $11.9 from my account because of a " starter hosting-unix" please has anyone witnessed this? and is it possible that i get refunded.

For the 2 domains I have bought so far from them so far, I made sure I removed the auto renewal

I've checked the renewal center and I noticed that I can't even remove the "starter hosting-unix", I'm yet to call them although I've talked to them on twitter and have gotten a ticken.

I tried it yesterday, but after paying for the domain through PayPal , I was told by the Customers care through the online chat to wait for 1-2 hours during which my domain order will get finalized. the next thing I saw paypal sent me a message that they've refunded my money.
