#smiles# I'm not in doubt as to weather people get job via recommendation without 1st screening their certificate. But mind u the certificate eventually gets screened during documentation and subsequently get verified from the various institutions. u already said ur friend who got a job like that provided his certificate during documentation, SO IF HE DIDN'T HAVE A CERTIFICATE OR HAS A DEGREE CLASS LOWER THAN D JOB REQUIREMENT, WOULD HE HAVE BEEN GIVEN D JOB STILL. Do u know that the dss are deployed to verify certificates of fed govt employees down to first school leaving cert? the law cares less about what u believe he meant by what he said. He was asked a question to which he answered "yes of course" try going back to read what question was asked b4 he answered yes of course and followed it with d malami example. The question he responded to was also very clear. PLZ READ THE QUESTION HE ANSWERED AGAIN.

people has been getting apl which I believe is legit, all that is expected now is for the final reading to be pases by the House or reps and it will be fully into law

The ministry said some appointments were illegal and so they'd have to go through it all over.
However the ministry released a circular last week saying they'd begin payment this week.

U did put fertilizer money, and u didn't tell us wether u will drying the maize or u will be selling fresh. All what I am saying is that ur expenses is low but is the best decision he can take if he really put his mind in it. He can actually farm maize three times in a yr

If you can cultivate 5acres of land.
ploughing of 5acres=#35000.
maize seeds to plant the land= 3basia=#18k.
soyabeans= 3basia=30k.
herbicides=60k.
labourers to work on the farm=40k.

hervesting=30k.
OUTPUT.
Maize(at least 15bags)x#30k=#450k.
soyabeans 12bagsx #50000= 600k.
total output= #1050000.
