Paxful Support has just replied my email and the screenshot is below.

From the screenshot, is there still any need to get a passport to verify my ID or should I just wait for them to review it? And considering that no specific date is given for the review, how long should I wait to hear from them?

Hello sir, the best form of identification to use to verify your Paxful account should be an International Passport. All other means of identification will be rejected especially if you are a Nigerian(not a discrimination policy) if your account is frozen, you have to contact help@paxful.com or support@paxful.com and you can also contact them from your paxful account. Your account will be unfrozen for sure, it might just take a little while but the issue will be fixed as long as you try to verify with an international passport and make a proper explanation to them with nothing left out. Even if you exhaust your 5 attempts, you can still email them to renew your verification process but it’s not advisable to let that happen. If you have any other question, please message me.

Thanks so much man. I was planning to get a passport earlier but I felt I should wait until when I leave where I am right now (I got stuck here because of the pandemic). But since it has happened this way, I would love to go get a passport on Friday. Plus I don't know if immigration offices are still operating right now.

Lest I forget, from the screenshot I shared, is it obvious my account was frozen because of the ID verification? Thanks once again.

Lastly, I've been trying to reach them via their live chat, email, twitter, reddit and all their known media pages to no avail. Reason I came on here to see if I can be put through on this platform.

Hello house, please my paxful account was frozen with 0.192 btc on it. I tried verifying my account with a Nigerian voter's card after much trades on paxful. But it seems the middle name associated with my account is different from the one on the ID. I don't know if that was the reason they froze my account! If it was, please how do l get it unfrozen?

First, there is no effect as things will go smoothly.

Secondly, it would have been better you corrected it before online reg submission(even tho that might lead to not going with this batch) because it can only be corrected from school (the mistake was made from the school).

To sum it up, there will be no effect during camp registration. But do endeavor to complain in camp, if that can be corrected, for record purpose.

The owner of the cafe then asked me to backdate the year I gained admission which I did. I had to put 2007 as the year I was admitted before they accepted it. Please would it affect me during registration in camp? Or is there any way I can correct it??

Good day Jide. Pls my phone was stolen at a game centre where I went to charge it yesterday. It was stolen at about 10:20pm while I was watching Everton Vs Arsenal's match. I tried calling the line but it wasn't connecting. I called it this morning and it connected up till this very moment I'm reporting this. The number is 08169730673! I called one of CCR's today at about 1:30pm and she told me the person browsed with the line at about 12:00pm today. But she hasn't seen any call log on the line since that night till the time I called her. I dunno if you can help me check if the person has called (call out) other numbers with the line and dunno if you can also give me the number he called with the line. Because I remembered receiving call with the line at about 9:30pm yesterday. If there's any new call out, I would be glad if you can disclose the number to me. I would also appreciate it if you can help me trace the location of the browsing history if possible.
