I've been a silent reader on here even though I don't have intentions of applying for a visa yet.

My MIL is scheduled for an interview tomorrow. I did the application for her, but she's quite conversant with the info on her application as I made her study it. She's in her 60's, doesn't have any travel history and has a business she's running in Nigeria though not a registered one. She got an invitation from her sister in-law for a 3 weeks visit and New York is the state. Their both surnames tally.

What are her chances of getting a visa please? And how will she tackle questions like "what will you be doing in the US during your stay?"

Why not import the lead to undeveloped. If I remember right,they follow up with emails & at least two calls. Although cold calling might work if you're good at it. With a foreign number of course.

Me I need money , if 3000 can give me over 30000 then what's the need waiting for a right buyer that might never come.

Again, some of these big players don't necessarily depend on the sales from domains for their daily survival. So they can afford to wait for a long while to sell to the 'right' buyer

Initial offer on this domain was $100 through Godaddy domain acquisition service.
Rejected it. Later got $350 from undeveloped as my minimum offer is $350. Countered but the guy pleaded with me that he wanted to even offer lower than $350 but could not. I told him no way.
Few weeks later, he came back with $350 which I rejected and he called me a " DICK". I just politely replied him by saying he is not the right buyer for the domain.
Few weeks later, he came back with a different name. Never knew he was the one. Placed a bid of $350 and we negotiated to $500. I got to know it was him when I checked the payment invoice from undeveloped.
Some buyers are just funny.
I had to let this go this low because of inherent TM issues.

Please do you know if GTB refund same rate as was debited or they credit at CBN rate cuz I have heard of incidence where they debited 365 at purchase and credited @ 305 at refund.

It clearly means your buyers aren't in the seven emails in sent. But just seven? Target 50 at the least. Your buyer might just be at the next 20 mails you send. Get to work. Lol

I do more of selective outbounding when the mood feels right. if an end-user dares to reply me with a price inquiry. I just work on ways to bring him to the negotiation table.

Login to your account on netsol, click on my domain names and scroll down entirely and you'll see transfer domains, there you can commence the process of transfer.

If it's a 'domain pull', just wait for the mail from netsol once Simon has initiated a pull domain. All you do is accept. That's all.
