Imagine a 5-6 word domain selling that much, think our IP gives us out.

Sometimes one wonders how these guy do these things, selling this much in a month, selling geo domains as high as $999, and selling names with errors. It's Honolulu and not honalulu, yet it sold.

But once a buyer knows you're Nigerian, they make ridiculous, below par offers. Nawa!

Hello Mr iykepromotions and other gurus here, I greet you all. I have a domain listed on undeveloped. I brought it in 5th may, 2019 and I listed it between $200-155. Yesterday, I sent an outbound the third time since I brought the domain. However, I noticed that an end user is willing to buy it @ $155 on undeveloped. Should I accept the offer or counter offer the domain to $165 or more on undeveloped?

Will be very busy for a month as from next week so I won't be able to do outbounding. Thinking of parking all my domains but before then, i would like to know how profitable is parking for those who have tried it.

I don't think one month is such a long time to be away, you're only away from outbounding and technically not out of business. You have till next week to get some outbounding done before you get busy. You could make a sale while being busy and receive that sweet love letter from undeveloped or afternic. From my understanding, parking isn't so much of a thing now according to the bosses here.

Once you've approved it via the standardization form, delete the affected domains from afternic and relist them, you should be fine thereafter.

Ok, maybe he's still reasoning whether its worth it to him and his business.
To push his hand, you may consider giving him a discount like someone pointed out. You can make it time limited for like one week during one celebration/festival period and using that as an excuse for the discount. Eg during Thanksgiving week or US Independence day, you can say "we are giving a 1 week Independence discount where you can get it at 30% discount, after which the price goes back to normal". This may encourage him to buy. Independence day (July 4th) is the closest one coming up.
If the guy still no buy with your discount, then na to lock up.

But on the other hand, if you are well fed and can afford to play the waiting game and don't want to devalue your domain, you can still lock up and wait without discounts and see how it turns out. He might be waiting for the right time to come in his business, which may come in future or another buyer might appear. I've seen people report sales after holding a domain for 7years (if its a good domain o!, otherwise just offer discount jejely).

A lot of it was occasioned by periods of long silence, like he'll just go silent at certain points. Again, the client is the very ignorant type, had me explaining what I was offering him

It's not advisable to outbound on weekends

There's actually no rubber stamp approach to this business it seems. I've actually sold a name on a Saturday, bought it Friday night and decided to do some outbounding the next day while attending to the kids alongside, some hours later I got a response and deal was concluded same day

What do one do if after opening the website of an endusers, head straight to the "contact us" and couldn't find thier email? Or finds a form to fill instead?

Some end users take out their emails from their website as a result of too many spammers, some limit the amount of characters their contact forms can take. In such instances, I just move on to the next one

Your geo domain may most likely have zero search and CPC, so you might want to leave that out in your response for now except asked. So, you can reply thus;

Hi [insert name],

The domain costs $xxxx and can be purchased on www.undeveloped.com.

I think someone gave a robust response to this already, not sure what else you want to hear for you to decide. I wont reg nor keep such names, but they always say, in this business any stupid name can sell so long as it appeals to a fellow weirdo. You're new in the game, so you can't get all right, especially as you're learning the ropes. We all reg'd some names we're not proud of

Again, you can either choose to keep it, list on marketplaces and move on or you can request a refund within the window you have available. Read this thread and get an idea of what names sell and have been sold in the past, and then proceed to registering names from an informed position. With domaining, you learn everyday. Good luck

Not all the time. Sometimes these clients are genuinely ignorant, you think because they're white they really know? Some of them are illiterates oh. Imagine someone asking how he's going to use the domain, and this is after he's agreed to pay a certain amount, had to school him once again in that aspect . In essence, that they ask way too many questions albeit annoying sometimes, doesn't mean they ain't ready to deal.
