Log into your account and create a ticket, specify the domain names you want services discontinued for and they'll reply requesting for a confirmation email from you, after which they'll notify you of the refund. Did one today for a name I spelled wrongly. Expecting the money to get my account in a few days.

I attempted to transfer a domain to a friend and it displayed there that transferred domains will be locked for a period of 60 days. How true is this please or is it just a ploy to discourage such transfers?
