Continuation;

Ronke is also the cultural ambassador to Queen Moremi Ajasoro, an arm of the House of Oduduwa Foundation. She has been working closely with the traditional ruler for some years now prompting her to move to Ile Ife. She co-founded the Adire Oodua Textile Hub in Ile-Ife. Ooni even commissioned her cultural centre a few months ago.

At a glance, Oba Ogunwusi and Ronke Ademiluyi appear to be working together and jointly promoting Yoruba culture. Underneath the façade, they are allegedly seeing each other.

The Deputy Convener of Hope Alive Initiative, Tope Adesegun, is also alleged to be one of the women who has a place in the monarch’s heart. She was once rumoured to be the one to replace Olori Wuraola, the Ooni’s first wife who quit their marriage over allegations of infidelity and barrenness. Her initiative is under the management of House of Oduduwa Foundation.

The third woman, Princess Afolashade Ashely had her base in London a few years ago until her relocation to Nigeria to join the Ooni in his palace. She is an accountant and runs a Non-Governmental Organization, Ashley Adegoke Foundation. She is not a new entrant in the Ooni of Ife’s life. She has always been in the life of Oba Enitan Ogunwusi’s life even before he married Olori Wuraola. She would have been the official Olori but she is a single mother of one. Because the tradition of Ife forbids the Ooni from marrying any woman who has ever had a child for another man, she was replaced with an official Olori. However, Ashley moved into the palace and she has remained someone who cannot be toyed with. Even the Ooni does not tolerate any disrespect towards her. She has also been parading herself as one of the queens of the royal father.

Culture / Re: Prophetess Naomi Silekunola Divorces Ooni Of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi by Josphine4good(f): 1:27pm On Dec 23, 2021
There seems to be trouble in the paradise of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. The monarch’s wife, Olori Shilekunola Moronke Naomi Ogunwusi, was conspicuously absent at his sixth coronation anniversary held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Ile-Ife, Osun State.

The mother of one who would always take to her media space to praise and congratulate her husband for any laudable achievement didn’t even congratulate him for his coronation ceremony. She has also been away from social media for about a month now. The last post Olori Naomi made was on her son’s first birthday which took place on 18th, November, 2021. It is alleged that the queen is not happy about the presence of a handful of other women, who seem to have taken her place in the heart of Oba Ogunwusi. These women are well travelled, educated and more exposed than herself and she is afraid of being displaced by them.

Two of these women are working with the king’s House of Oduduwa Foundation. It is speculated that he has been giving them his undivided attention, neglecting his beloved queen in the process.

It was gathered that the women with whom the monarch allegedly seems to be preoccupying himself are allegedly married to him. One of them, Ronke Ademiluyi, is the founder of Africa Fashion Week, London and Nigeria. She has been close to Oba Ogunwusi long before he was crowned king. She was rumoured at a point to be the Oba’s likely choice of Olori six years ago because she is a native of Ile Ife and a princess from another royal family. She is the great grand-daughter of a past Ooni of Ile Ife, Oba Ajagun Ademiluyi.

Rockstar07:
BS! BS!! BS!!!
My wife and I can't thank God enough because of the wonderful things HE has done for us and yet to do in our family.

We got married on August 15, 2020 and by ending of August she was feeling feverish and ill. She visited hospital and was treated for malaria, Ulcer and infection not knowing she was pregnant. After the treatment, I advised her to take pregnancy test. Lo and behold, it was strong positive. Tho, we've both been on vitamin E like a month before our wedding.

The journey of pregnancy started o, from MS, hot temp, headache etc, being a FTP it wasn't easy. At 12weeks, we started ANC and the first Scan was done. As the sonographer was checking, he said wait o it's like the foetus are two. I was so happy but my wife wasn't. She has always been running away from twins because of the stress.

At 20 weeks, we went for another scan, it was then we were told that our baby are Mono Mono twins (Monoamniotic-Monochorionic twins) i.e they share one placenta and one sac, a rare identical twins pregnancy that happened to 1 to 60,000 twins pregnancy. We were scared especially when we read about the complications of this kind of twins such as cord entanglement and compression, TTTS etc.

To God be the Glory, any of such complications was never our portion, my wife was so super active till the date of delivery that I'll beg her to calm down. She prepares food like Amala for me from day 1 till she gave birth. She'll not allow her sister to do it.

Being an inquisitive person, I read books, articles, Nairaland, followed her to ANC appointments and bought 70% of our babies list. Madam Zanie can testify to that lol.

The birth, as the Gynae told us from day one that the delivery will be CS at 36weeks based on the hospital policy for this kind of twins pregnancy. We planned the elective CS for April 30 (Friday) being her birthday and she'll be 36weeks 5days by then but when we visited the hospital on Wednesday April 28, the doc said that a week will be added since the baby are low weight 2.2kg each that they should gain additional weight.

That's how my wife started taking Cakes, Milo, Junks and eating like her life depends on it in actipation for the additional one week May 8 but as God we have it, on night of April 30 she started feeling this slight unusual pain after eating lots of birthday cake lol, in the morning of May 1, I was suppose to travel. I asked her if I should take her to hospital since the pain was still there. She said nope that she'll be okay that I can do the travelling.

I returned from my trip by past 4pm, I saw her moody. I asked if the pain was still there. She said yes. I immediately took her to the hospital. On getting there by past 5pm, we were told she's already in Labour Ahhh!. I was told to go and bring her bag and other items as the surgeon has scheduled 7:30pm for her.

To God be the glory, the delivery session started at 8:30pm. By 8:45pm I heard the cry of Baby 1 and baby 2 by 8:55pm weighing 2.45kg and 2.44kg respectively.

We return all the Glory for what God has done for us. It can only be HIM alone. What God cannot do does not exist. We also want to thank all the sabi mamas in the house for your timeline responses to our enquiries and the information received on this forum.

We wish all ttc, waddling mamas and us that had birthed our LOs all the best and May God answer our prayers and give us the financial, physical and spiritual enabling to support them. Amen.

[quote author=Joydan95 post=101339006]B.S

On the 12th of April of April , In the morning my husband asked me while we were gisting when I will go for my pregnancy photo shoot but I wasn’t interested. He was like “I just dey laugh you....baby will come next week”. I was like are you a prophet? grin,Anyways I prepared my photoshoot dress on Wednesday (cos I am tailor) and we went for the shoot on Thursday. After the shoot I prepared and left for my parent’s cos of the proximity to the hospital (it a 10 minutes drive from their house to the hospital and a 40 /1 hour drive from my house). Fast forward to Tuesday night of the next week being 20th April, hubby and I spoke on phone and he kept repeating that I would give birth on Wednesday being 21st and I was laughing...I told him “it’s tomorrow I will know if God has called you or not”. He laughed!
In the mid night I had a rumbling stomach so I went to poo and I urinated frequently than normal. Early that morning as soon as day broke, I had the urgent feeling to pee, lo and behold as soon as I stood up from the bed to go to the bathroom I felt a gush of water coming out of my V when I checked the ground I saw that it was a bit slimy and I saw a spot of blood. My mum was preparing for work and I immediately looked at her and told her water is coming out...she was like pack your bags , get dressed let your dad drop you at the hospital. I went to my room to get dressed and I felt a hot rush of water coming again so I called my husband to meet me at the hospital.
Getting to the hospital at past 6am I waited for a Doctor ,he came checked me and told the nurses to admit me.I was admitted and in between every 30 minutes I was checked. At past 8, I was called to come first the theatre for VE...my God, I screamed my liver out cos the pain is unexplainable. The midwife inserted her hands and I was pushing upwards on the theatre bed to the extent that my head was no longer on it. I cried really bad, that was when the reality of child birth dawn on me.I was 2cm dilated as at that inspection. Around past 10 again I was called to the theatre for VE but this time around it was by the MD of the hospital, you needed to have seen how I almost jumped out of the bed when he inserted his hands , I thought the initial VE was painful but this second one was double painful one would think I was trying to give birth. I was 4-5 cm dilated.
The nurses came every 30 minutes to check my blood pressure and take read of the baby’s heartbeat. Towards 11pm the heart beat was till reading 150 which they said was normal. Later on into 12 to 1pm the heartbeat of my baby started fluctuating, the heart was beating so fast that they had to call a Doctor and when he checked he said he will give me some time and they will check again and if the heart beat rate still goes high I will have to be operated. Later on they checked again and it was still high, they prepared the theatre and I walked there before I entered the theatre, the Doctor had explained to my husband that I and the baby was at risk . While I was in the theatre, the Doctor asked the midwife of my husband had signed the consent for and she confirmed that my husband didn’t hesitate to sign it. The Doctor was like that is so fast!!! The midwife was like that is what happens when you have an understanding man as a husband.
I was asked to sit on the bed and cross both of my hands on my shoulders and I was given aesthetic injections (it was painful and I was so scared) I didn’t feel my body anymore . The 2 Doctors prayed and work started. I was cut open, the incision was small so they were struggling to pull out the baby. Another doctor entered and told the Doctor working on me these words “Cut her more” .. the male doctor working on me said “No, I can work with this cut” ...the intruding Doctor was like “If I was the one I will just cut it further and get it done with”. Come and see me praying at that moment (This was the kind of Doctor I prayed against).
The two Doctors working on me kept pulling and pulling until the Senior Doctor finally pulled out my baby at 2: 41pm he screamed that the baby was big . The baby was cleaned and weighed...my Prince Charming weighed 3.55kg and cried sweetly, The Doctor was like he thought there was going to be complications like bleeding and was very grateful to God for how smooth it was cos it took less than 10 minutes after tear to bring the baby out, I immediately forget my pains when they brought him to my chest and I kissed him. God is indeed wonderful, please praise him for me.

I have officially started my 4th trimester sleepless nights , continuous feeding (I am trying to do exclusive) Baby is just 1 week 5 days but he acts like 3months old. Very strong and active. EDD- 14th April, 1May 2021
Delivery Date-21 April 2021 at 38 weeks 5 days

Cappo, I have dropped my BS . I wish all other mothers safe delivery. CS or Vagina Delivery all na Delivery, the most important thing is holding your baby in your arms alive.
