For my first, i was feeling dizzy while strolling to a friend's house. I quickly located the nearest salon and told her madam i think i'm about fainting, as she saw me, she quickly brought out mat and asked me to lie down. She bought me 7up and after sometime i felt better, she took my phone and dialled my husband to come get me. I can never forget that experience.

I use to faint a lot while preggy so hubby had to accompany me to the eastate MKT so he could monitor my movt.
one day we went as usual,while he waited I crossed over to buy something which made me go out of his view.I noticed he climbed out of the car towards where he saw me last.curious I came from behind to know what he was asking the MKT women one after the other.
He was asking "have you seen my wife, did any preggy woman faint here".he was almost crying...lol.

Been through all , the only reason I didn't commit suicide was because I lacked courage. You even have a stronger reason to keep you strong and hopeful.

Really, what healed my battle with depression asides from the #God factor is that I learned to accept situations and move on instead of trying to change them.
