This is what 6.6 million naira has given me thanks to almighty God.. A 5bedroom bungalow all ensuite with kitchen and waiting room and two sit outs.. Yet to insert internal doors n toilet doors, yet to do plumbing fittings and electrical fittings, pop, tiling, belting.. And aluminium rail on varender..
Note.. Septic tank has been done.. PVC was used to roof 4 rooms, toilets, and passages, pop will be used to do others
So you later settled for 5bedrooms? That's a good testimony. More grace to finish it.

Buying wood from the forest and sawing to smaller bits has been proven to reduce roofing wood costs. It's only that many towns don't have timber and might require to travel far to get good and cheap wood.

Inyi is a good hard wood, Danta is also another good one.
Good explanation there and a big thanks for that. Does this inyi require treatment or can it be used like that? Again, is Melina good for facial boards?

Chief good morning! Sorry to disturb you. Plz is it possible and wise for one to buy bigger wood sizes and then saw it to smaller sizes required for roofing? Will it any way reduce cost compared to buying the already sawn sizes in the market? Secondly, is "inyi" the best hard wood for roofing in the East or are there other ones? Tanx! I doubt if this child has parents or if he does then they must be insane coz no sane parents would leave a 5 year old to trek to school unaccompanied. I pray the innocent lad be found alive. But the parents or whoever exposed this little child to this be charged and punished for child abuse.
