Christianity EtcRe: EBOLA Is Manufactured By Satan – T.B. JOSHUA by joywendy(f): 10:17pm On Aug 22, 2014
Lovine: One day all these confused idiots will seek God, what you believe about the prophet of God does not change anything, Ps. 105:15, read and be wise.
my people suffer for lack of knowledge (hosea 5 vs 6a)
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. (Matt 7 vs 15-20)read and be wise!!
Christianity EtcRe: EBOLA Is Manufactured By Satan – T.B. JOSHUA by joywendy(f): 9:49pm On Aug 22, 2014
etunoman76: Nigeria’s controversial preacher, T.B. Joshua of The Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), has declared that the killer disease Ebola currently ravaging West Africa is from ‘the pit of hell’.

“The so called strange ailment coming from three nations – Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia… satan is the manufacturer, the source,” Joshua defiantly declared to the faithful.(Yeah right, lipsrsealed)

“Begin to capture the covenant of that strange sickness,” the cleric then enjoined the congregation. “Command that strange ailment to come out and go to the pit of hell, in the name of Jesus Christ!”(Covenant? Wtf!)

“Because of Christ, people of Liberia, Sierra Leona, Guinea, you are released,” Mr. Joshua said,(it seems so easy to say)

The controversial pastor boldly declared that God had spoken to him to pray for the nations affected by Ebola as its reign of fear was close to closure.(Yeah right)

“People are no longer their brother’s keepers because of this strange disease,” he lamented, adding that if someone publicly collapsed from any form of sickness, people would likely abandon the invalid as opposed to lending a helping hand.( What is he saying? Have people ever being one? Are people always their brother's keepers? If you ask him to shake an Ebola patient, will he? #smh)

“Once satan takes love out of people, he has taken life. Satan is not happy that we are one; he is against oneness. He knows when we are not one, we can be defeated,” he fumed.(Seriouslyhuh)

Last week, Mr. Joshua debunked a rumour attributed to him that went viral in Nigeria claiming that bathing in salt water could prevent the disease.( Really? shocked)

With over 1.2million followers on Facebook and 90,000 YouTube subscribers, the preacher has a huge social media following.( I pity them)

Why is he like this? Why? What's he gaining from all this?

RomanceRe: Please Help!!!!!!! She Wants To Come Back After A Year She Broke My Hearth by joywendy(f):
500samuel: There is this girl that i have been dating for almost five years. In fact i met her parents three years ago, and she also met mine. Her pastor had interviewed me on several occasions, and we started courting according to the doctrine of her church. She told me twice, that she was no longer interested in the relationship but i was able to convince her and she agreed. Around the middle of last year, she finally called it quits and she said 'no going back'. Around middle of this year. she sent her family member to beg me that she want to come back to my life.
Prior to when we broke-up i noticed that she was using style to woo a guy and hoping the guy will agree but the guy never showed any concern.Don't ask me how i knew, the walls have ears...
When i asked her why she broke the relationship last year, she said it's because of my behavior during our courtship...then i also asked why she is coming back and then she said she discovers that she loves me
I later found out that, she stopped the relationship with the guy she met. Her mum went to pray about the guy and she was told that she should not marry the guy and that i am more preferable. Don't ask me how i got this info, the walls have ears
i observed that she is desperate to marry, her siblings are getting married.........can this be also a reason she wants to come back?
MATURE MINDS KINDLY ADVICE, IS SHE WORTH TAKING BACKhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuh??

Ariyke: Yes can I help you tongue
yes ma'am I know you are very smart and have an IQ of over 250 grin
So can you help me answer some of my questions above. So I would repeat them and add a bit of salt with pepper cheesy
1.Where can we work?

2. Can we master in another degree apart from demography and still have the title of a certifield demographer?

I did a bit of reasearch on this, its seems like to be able to work anywhere has a demograher you should have at least a masters in demography.how true is this?

3. If yes in question 2,what other courses can we master in

4. What course would you master in? (This is a personal question,if u no wan ans am. No p)

Waiting patiently for a reply smiley

Ariyke: why don't you help me?
why did you reply him sef? You are not the only one who told the op to go the romance section. But he choose to question you. Why?
Don't mind him jare.
Mendo007: so wat u mean is dat if for example someone comes to you and ask what's the right spelling for "responsible" you would say goto school for find out that? d time wey u tak type goto romance section e nor reach u tak say sumtim
seriously just face your front, why didn't you question the other guy who asked the op to go to the romance section? Why? Your anaylsis doesn't make sense and its doesn't correlate with what is going on here. So if you don't know the correct spelling nko? Won't you advice the person to go to some where else to get the correct thing than giving wrong info? The time you used to type this, you would have been doing something better
Btw the post is now in the romance section.
Op no vex oh for the way I derailed the thread.
I'm not good with this kind thing so I cannot advise you on what you should do or not. If you are looking for real mature advise from people here on nairaland, then I suggest the family section.

CultureRe: Nigeria: Are We Really That Bad and Beyond Repair? by joywendy(f): 12:27am On Aug 18, 2014
We are not bad per se but Nigerians like to deceive themselves. First of all no matter who rules Nigeria in 2015, Nigeria may still be way it is. You may think I’m being a pessimist, but the truth has to be said. Why did I say so? Because things like tribalism(tribal discrimination like someone mentioned here), nepotism, sexism and the father of all corruption still exist. Not to mention other things like the poor standard of education and living, high rate of unemployment especially youth unemployment, deaths and massacre killings.

We have three major ethnic groups always at neck with each other, then to add insult to injury religious intolerance, outta this three ethnic groups most of the northerners are Muslims, most of the people in the east are either Catholics or Anglican. while most of those in the west are either protestants or are traditional worshipers. Do i need to explain the relationship between this three group?

Anyways those are the major things bringing the country into the state it is now. But what do ‘we’ the people of Nigeria do? Just seat down, fold our arms and wait for the government to solve our problems. To the extent that when the people at the top start to squander money, people seat down again and start to reign abuses on them and call them corrupt. Like insulting them will return back the money? People die, we do the same thing. People get kidnapped, we do the same thing. Insult! Blame! Blame!
But who put this corrupt people there? Who gave them the power? The government in power is as a result of ‘we’ the people. Though some people won’t agree with me completely (probably because of rigging), it is raw fact.
The people themselves are very self centered, 'as long as i have food on my table, clothes to wear, a shelter on my head. let BH keep bombing as long as it not my area i don't give a f.uck'

Imagine? you would see it for yourself the way some people comment here on NL. You don't have to think twice to know that the people here need a re-orientation. where did corruption start from? who started it?

If you want a change, you start from yourself and then change others. Till Nigerians push their selfishness and blaming aside and change their ways. By the following:stop bribery, fight for their right, encourage our own, stop discrimination of all kinds etc.

Nigeria will remain a disease that has no cure...

i think some part is real...hence the title of the story.

Just a little background info so those who may want to proffer a solution would understand the situation better. I come from a family of 3 boys which i am the eldest and i am no twin. I have finished my uni education and just awaiting mobilization for youth service but at the moment i am still doing some little business i started during my undergraduate days which is still flourishing and that was what i have been busy doing ever since until two days ago when that mistery thing appeared from nowhere.
