With all due respect Sir, U lack common sense.

U just like attacking people anyhow.

I am pretty sure ur blood pressure is high and very soon.......
Lol.

Highblood pressure from social media miscreants and hoodlums?

It doesn't affect me little young boy. Am here to share useful information for partners.

NaijaCr7 are you a failed footballer? Are u frustrated in life? Don't give up, continue striving hard, you will succeed at the end of the day, but don't be a hoodlum.

Dont be a Felicity0001 he has hustled and clock above 40 and nothing to show for it, now wants to vent on car owners.

Buy and share since it's just 4000. Ode agbalagba
Do i have any branding to build, she is doing giveaway for her own interest.

I have once offer to give 10k to highest earner every week. So drivers will post dashboard, all of you decline, why am i offering 10k weekly, because i want to buy information, to ascertain current market situation. When no one is Sharing dashboard, i hit the road for 4 weeks to know the current market situation.

I don't know if you're one of the hoodlums? That is looking for palliative car?

Don't worry if you need money for food, pm privately i will dash you little token for survival.

Dru23 is saying what works for him. It was from dru i consider buying honda.

I'm saying what works for me. I have never push anyone to choose my path, we are all Sharing experiences.

But to them what works for me shouldn't be shared, is not wat they want to be on the public domain, Felicity0001 went as far as claiming karma will come on me.

then politicians like radautoworks exploit the situation to gain wonderfully branding for her company.

Lol.

I don't have employees, i have business partners am not paying them salaries, i only rent out cars to my business partners.

I don't have a brand to build in renting business, pay me my rent and have peace of mind.

Radautoworks survive through Nairaland, she need to be on drivers side, for branding of her company.

But she won't raise a finger to help any of them, until she start buying cars for rental, until she start offering free services to drivers on HP, then i will agree she has drivers on mind.

Not buying 4000 scanner in Alibaba give out to 6people, then claim scanner cost 25k.

So let's all continue in our doings. You succeed and have money doesnt mean you're fulfil.

Jpworld be wise and stop being arrogant
I will continue to do what is right for my business.

If u divert ur weekly rental money for ur personal use, that is dishonesty, i won't continue working with you. Just hug transformer if you don't like it.

Will radautoworks retain an employee that divert workmanship money for personal use?

Plenty of owners has sold off their cars, because they cannot make money, they only realize this after 1 or 2years.

Dis driver started working with me 3weeks ago, have to retrieve the vehicle immediately, he is calm and very manipulative. But was a able to detect his deceit early.

His one weak me dru.
This's wickedness in high places.
The reason why such happen os bc no one is on ground, i wont but my oil for 20k and hand it over without been there to see when is going in.

Nigeria is tough place to do business, an average person working with you will not try nonsense when he realise you're ready for him.

Sometimes i get bad tenant that will pay 1 year rent, the next year they will struggle to pay and start giving u trouble. But after i introduce, you drop a post dated check, no one try nonsense again, that check saves me alot of stress.

In other part of the world, you pay b4 getting the car, here u will use b4 paying.

I only do tokunbo cars, use them for 2years and sell. Naija use in this business will be a very horrible business decision for any investor.

You are a real business woman not the one that feels like God. People that feel like God hardly succeed in business and I can say jpworld didn't just hustle to make money to buy cars he is giving people either on hp or Rentals, maybe he sold his father's land in village and came to invest it on the transportation business.
You can as well sell ur father's land to invest and bring the rent to 10k weekly.

radautoworks: is a very smart business woman and a very good politician.

Some of our big politicians today, are the ones that pretend to liberate the masses 20years ago. Today they're in politics and they're the new oppressors.

radautoworks is super rich have drivers at heart, do plenty give away, yet she won't invest in just 5 cars, so drivers will be coming to give testimony of how she has bless their life, by buying a Corolla 2.2m and giving out on 15k rental.

radautoworks: goes to Alibaba buy those cheap scanner for 4k then do give away to 6people, in return sell those scanner for 25k? If u want scanning services, she will charge you scanning fee of 5k, that is very smart.

In Nigeria people that are brutally honest are tagged the devil, 13 drivers work for me, 10 of them has been with me for over a year, so wat are the things i need to learn from hoodlum drivers? Surrender my car for palliative?

Then show craze to the ones wey dupe you not person wey no dey therehuh Na only him get bad experience for this world? What about drivers wey almost pay finish and owners use loophole keep the car? They should show the next owner craze? When when will it end?

Like dru said when they see how well the next one has it they are the ones that will be begging and pleading to come back. Everyone that has ever left my company is wanting to come back (not that there are many lol).

At the end of the day if na 1 million per week sef you wan charge, go ahead. But stop talking down on people and telling all the other owners they should be charging one million because it is "smart business".
There is no owner that has not been cheated of rental fee, even with 10k weekly, infact is unaffordable, but with strict measures u will minimize it. Cheating owner of rental fee is common practice in this business.

I always give my opinion on how it works for me, I'm a believer of Corolla, i have been with Corolla for 4years plus, i only try 1 Honda, after dru23 talk much about it, at the moment i will continue to stick with Corolla. If i see a good honda deal, i can try 1 more

In mechanic industry ur services are the most expensive, to compare wat other mechanics charge, but you still have customers prioritizing u.

For example i change oil and filter b4 with 500naira, but now they collect 1000naira.

I change brake pad with 1000naira, will you charge the same? Tie rod socket, ball joint set, my mechanic charge 1000naira. Infact is bc i understand Corolla functions better i stick with Corolla.

If elumelu a billionaire can fire 2000 people during lockdown, i will do the same for my business to survive.

Just as ur services are premium, you didn't force anybody to use, same as me, if you like my conditions work wity me, if not the exist door is open.

One thing they don't understand is that when you give your driver a hard target it's your car that will suffer for it. At the end they dump it and go for a better one.
Felicity0001 was given a car for 10k a week during lockdown, during that period he traveled to Benin and Ondo state 5times. Is not about cheap rent. Some drivers are hoodlums, they will loot you and reck you, and you are one of them.

my friends one as been using a kia cerato for 2yrs plus now nd the car is still fine and a guy I met of recent is using a Honda DC 2007 for over 1yr plus nd they are both fine.
The thing about cars is avoiding bad areas, having a good maintenance culture and great mechanic like boss lady radu, gazzuz and youtube
Did you know dru was buying elentra b4, after he sold them off and lost some money, then reinvested in Honda civic?

What if dru is not working in America? Is that not village send off?

Dru is in this business as a side chick, dru has major source of income in America, dru buy good and cheap cars in America. And also Dru is not on ground, he has to get peanuts to gain drivers loyalty. And still drivers will still try to frustrate.

Me, I'm the main wife in this business, I'm ready to do the battle. Any dubious idea you bring up, we know how to counter it, I'm ready to fire and hire immediately.

This is foolish. So if you are running a business, when patronage is low, you sack all your workers and re-employ them when there's boom, then fire them again when there's another slow down in business? So your drivers only drive your cars when demand is high and go back home when demand drops because you have pulled out your cars. Then, wait for you to call them back? Who does that? I'm certain no driver would want to be used that way. In that case, you will be changing drivers every now and then. With different drivers coming in and out, how do you break even?

Your business model is strange. Anyone that follows your footsteps is simply an idiot of the highest order. Then again, it clearly shows that you are an imposter.
As a driver it sound foolish, but me that invested my money will protect it with everything.

During lockdown alot of companies fires employees, simply bc business not functioning as usual, and they cannot continue paying salaries, when business comes back to normal they hire fresh people.

Anytime rent is low bc of low patronage as you claim, my vehicles will be withdrawn, when you seat at home or search for vehicle you cannot see, you will come back for it or i get fresh person, that will be committed.

Hiring and firing is part of business.

How long do u think it will take a driver on rentals that deliver 30k weekly to save up to 2million to own a tokunbo car? 2yrs or 3years?
D same driver will pay house rent, pay utility bills and small responsibilities unless na only child or still living in his fathers house. Let’s not talk about married drivers.
Why do u think must people stopped driving and looked for other hustle ?
How many owner that invest 2million in one car, and after renting car for 2years, was able to buy another one. There is none.

If you're doing 1 or 2 car, collecting rent below 30k, you're not making any profit. You're just rotating your money.

Renting of cars is not lucrative business, most people doing it, are doing it to have weekly money to feed.

40k/35k rental is very very obtainable now. From 2nd week of January to March I doubt any driver will be able to pay 30k rental, even 25k go hard small. After Yuletide season comes serious winter, you should brace up for it.
When the time comes, i will evaluate that period, if genuinely drivers cant make money, they should show us their dashboard.

1: withdraw my cars and park them down just as i did during lockdown they're pricing car 20k.
After business is back to 30k i will now put it back for rent.

The repair the car will accumulate during the cheap rent, will frustrate your earnings when rent will be back to normal.

If driver say business is not good, then car will be parked, when business is back to normal, come and carry

My brother, you are right and thats why i said any partner that coukd increase rental this december should be ready to reduce it lower than what he/she was collecting initially. Cos if the argument is that drivers make more in December, then its only right to consider when driver also make far less in January Winter and even first two weeks of February.

In the Winter days (January and first two weeks of February), a driver will/might wait between 1hs to 2hrs with gettinf any request. Na that time Indriver go mad gan, riders using Indriver go dey offer 1k from Ikeja to Victoria Island and some drivers go pick am cos them don wait iver an hour without getting any trip cheesy grin
January rent will be back to 30k weekly. For now 35k is what i can manage.

The huge earnings started around 2nd week of October, yet i was only able to increase to 35k only December till 2nd week of January, i think that is fair enough.

Drivers that make good saving during December, should save now, everyday is not Christmas..

December use to be time for drivers to save for raining days, save to pay bills and rents. But partners want to share from this harvest, na waooh.
Well I no blame them, since drivers too won’t stop flaunting how dey save 800k in November/December.
Drivers save 800k in 2 months, yet owner want only additional 5k weekly for 6weeks, not more than 30k, and yet nairaland drivers are crying and complaining.

If you want to grow in this business as owner, stop listening to nairaland drivers, all they want is who they will take advantage of.

Bro zooming the attached fine ticket the offence indicated is one way, you are not suppose to accept such ticket and that is where you would have made video indicating they write your proper offence on your ticket or take you to court
You're suppose to accept the ticket. That is the evidence of them holding your vehicle. If you decline it will be written in their report you decline accepting.

One way offense is a very serious offense, it will be difficult for a lastma officer to just write one way offense without evidence, and confidently want to demand 400k bribe.

Conclusion i think chinyce actually committed the offense, but refuse to come out clean.

Picture or video evidence can even be countered in court as being doctored.

Get a lawyer and follow the due process shikina
Wrong way to go,

if the video is shot while you're driving one way and you're claiming doctored, that magistrate will get infuriated and might add additional sentence for deceiving the court.

chinyce if you drive one way and lastma has evidence against you, is better you plead guilty.

If the vehicle is to be auction, then you go through the back door and bid in the auction through proxy and win back your vehicle.

You actually have a court date on 30th of November, if you did not appear on that date you're complicating your matter, on the next hearing, magistrate might order your vehicle to be auction. Quickly take that receipt to oshodi mobile court, if you want a good lawyer that understand traffic law, contact me, he will charge u thou, and you will get your vehicle without paying a dime.

But make sure your words are straight. Not after there will be discovery you actually ply one way, it will make the lawyer look stupid if defending you.

IMO. Paying 35k weekly remittance shouldn't be an issue now. But any Owner partner that increases rental now that the business is booming for drivers should reduce it during January (Winter).
It will reduce to 30k by ending of January.
