If you will help them to get a new engine, state it there :
In a case of engine default, I will provide money for a new engine and which will subsequently be deducted.
In a case of engine default, I wont be responsible in buying an engine or repairing such.

Simply make ur agreement clear.

@Jp, when there is an engine default, kindly notify the driver how much you will contribute in either fixing it or getting a new one, it should be in percentage and also stated in the agreement.
Dont just say you will assist the driver without putting the percentage into cognizant.
Big daddy's engine is around 240k, in a situation like this, how much are u contributing? you can decide u wanna help out with 10k in a bill that's over 200k afterall there aint no sharing formular in the agreement (that's smart of you Jp)
Spell everything out, no hidden clause, dont use a coded way to exempt yourself from certain responsibilities.

My style of dealing. If you have, engine or gear problem, i will take you to ladipo pay for it 100%, then u work and refund me. I don't add percentage on the engine and gear or anything.

I have made enough income from the Hp agreement.

I have a driver that was with me from 2017 to 2019, he introduce his friend to me, his friend pleaded for hp, after working with me for couple of months, i agreed, today his friend is a car owner.

He started misbehaving in 2019, feeling down, if he had known, i retrieve my car immediately.

you will do 35 trips that will go straight to moove, , that 35 trips can worth 40k or even 50k.

Can Moove bring in 10000 cars for uber, I don't think so, there will always be car rental business.
