Hire based on value rather than salary. When you hire based on how low the employee is willing to take, you get hungry and desperate cheapskates that will never give you their best. Most will only use the money they get from your job to print more CVs and pay transport fare to interviews.

not that Fire fighthers are needed for quench the fire, Unfortunately, they might not be prepared

I was there around 4:am. The fire fighters couldn't quench the fire. ( The shops and factories there are built with wood and the shops are full with MBF boards and furniture works) But they prevent the fire not do extend to other places.
