Romance / Does The Sperm Have Any Benefit To The Skin? by Jtownonline: 3:54pm On Apr 10, 2019 |
So today I stumbled on a post on twitter where a twitter user with the user name @PhrankUm was asking people on his timeline a rather sensitive question. I will like us to also share our thoughts and opinions on this. Below is what the guy posted. "I Will like you guys to tell me what you think. My Guy dated this girl way back in school After sex, she will say he shouldn't throwaway away the used CONDOM that she needs the sperm for her cream. She will collect it and put it in her cream. So my question now is does sperm have any effect on the skin?"

Crime / Please I Need Help With Tracking My Phone Since The Police Have Failed Me, by Jtownonline: 4:45pm On Apr 01, 2019 |
Good day guys.. I was robbed of my phone and other belongings August last year in Abuja along Katampe extention. When I spoke to some friends about the incident, I was advised to first of all report the case to any police station just in case the thief uses my phone to commit a crime. When I went to the police Station in Gwarinpa Estate, I was told to open a file for my case since it involves a stolen phone and that opening the file will cost me 5k but I pleaded with them that I don't have such amount on me at the moment but after pleading with them they agreed to collect N2500. After paying for the file opening, one of the officers called me outside and told me that the Station in Gwarinpa does not have jurisdiction over my case that I should go to Mpape Abuja police station they alone have jurisdiction over that area. Then I asked him what about the money I paid them? He laughed and said I should forget about it. So I left the Gwarinpa police station to Mpape, on reaching there, I was told to open another file which I did but this time, the officer on duty only collected 500 naira from me. The officer also brought to my knowledge the the police can track the phone for me within a week but I have to pay for the tracking of the phone. When I inquire about the price the officer told me that I should pay the Sum of 12k I pleaded for reduction but the officer insisted on 12k. So after 2 days I went to the station with the money and I paid for the tracking. I was told to come back after 1 week that my phone will be tracked and given to me.Ever since August last year I have been going to the station all I get is excuse upon excuse. Now I am tired of going to the station before one day they decide to change it for me and accuse me of a crime. PLEASE GUYS CAN I STILL TRACK MY PHONE WITHOUT INVOLVING THE POLICE!? I NEED HELP. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE. |

Literature / Trust You, Trust Me (part 2)- Self Trust by Jtownonline: 2:57pm On Nov 22, 2018 |
"I do not think I can do this", "I do not see myself getting this done", "I think you should choose someone else instead", "This is too difficult for me to do"- statements like these have prevented people from going higher, achieving goals, getting effective results and the likes. Trusting others is good but trusting oneself is important. Self trust means having the assurance that you can get something done. Self trust is confidence plus assurance minus doubt (confidence+assurance-doubt). At your workplace, your boss asks you to head or lead a project and you begin to give excuses, doubting your ability to take on the project. Do not, however, expect to get further appointments at the very least. Having that 'can-do' attitude helps in boosting one's confidence in carrying out a task and getting results. Self trust aids in personal growth and development. Taking on new projects that seem challenging can add to one's experience as well as help in learning new things. If a task seems challenging, trusting your ability to go through with it will create the eagerness and excitement to see it through till the end. Self trust increases your worth and value. It helps you see yourself as a valuable asset. Whatever it is you are involved in, no matter how new, challenging or difficult, try to take a deep breath (at this point you might decide to keep your eyes closed or open, whichever works best), calm your nerves and say to yourself "I CAN DO THIS" (you can beat your chest while saying this). Obstacles might come, the task might get tougher but trust yourself that you can surmount those challenges and get the work done.
