The list is ready. Am sure some names need to be on the list that G not there. Once those names are sent then, calls for the APL will start coming in. I also learned there are some names on Awaiting List. Hopefully, the process will be concluded this month. Good luck.

Portal to apply.. Yes. For about 57 positions, mostly EH (Experienced Hire). Site is the testmi.ng job site, same one NCDMB used for job tests.
The expectation is that they would call for tests soon as it has been about 3 weeks+ since applications closed. Obviously a lot of lobbying is going on and 57 isn't a large number. Stay hopeful!

After test should be interview, all things being equal.

Lol seeing the DG is almost synonymous to going to the army headquarters that you want to see the chief of army staff (COAS) . NYSC Gowon house at maitama is highly secured. Soldiers are everywhere. Infact you'll be greeted by some of them in a blue kiosk just by the right hand side of the main gate and they are ever ready to bounce you back if you can't tender something tangible you're going inside for. DG's office is at the top floor with lots of security checks, secretaries and offices you must pass through everywhere. I'm not trying to discourage anyone but it's almost impossible to meet him personally if he doesn't give you an appointment. And since you can't see him in gowon house , where else you wan see am? Abi you wan block him convoy as he dey come out?

This NYSC job, best bet is to talk to your LGI when you served. That's if you were close to him/her. Those LGIs dey get connections.
