Anon123: Am saying the appointment letter is evidence that you work there as a manager. Use the cac documents are both home ties and source of your sponsors fund since you can't change the cac documents to your name. Okay I was thinking of writing a letter to explain the situation since am self sponsored I don't want any confusion |

glink2015: Manager Is just a slot in the company and not a shareholder. It is only shareholders name that is always on the Memorandum and Articles of the company..what you need to do is just to. present your Appointment and acceptance letter along with the other documents You mean Appointment letter + acceptance+ my dad's company documents? Will it fly? |

Anon123: Your appointment letter will show you are working there as a manager. You can still use the company as a home tie cos the company is owned by your dad and obviously you work there and will be coming back to assume a higher and maintain the same position. Are you saying I should submit the cac documents along side my appointment letter? That's enough? |

Thegamingorca: Nice...is it therefore illegal to board a plane on visit visa while heavily gravid and almost at term? Will no questions be asked and eyebrows raised if a 3rd trimester pregnant woman claims to want to see Rio De Janeiro and spend time touring? First thing first most airlines will raise concern about flying a heavily pregnant woman.. To your question I have not seen where it is stated or written that pregnant women cannot go on vacation as long as your safety is assured... Voila |

WhyNa: Update...
Ater 3 weeks of lockdown in Vietnam, from tomorrow, we freeeeee.
As at today,, 22nd of April 2020, Vietnam has recorded 258 Cases 0 Death 223 Recovered
So there's only 35 active cases. Good job they doing here I must say!
Immigration work is back up but they dealing with those needing extension for now.
There's also speculations that schools will resume next week. It'll probably be 1st week of May but whichever the case, it's a total relief believe you me.
It saddens my heart to hear the situation of things in Nigeria and my heart bleeds. I guess when you're in the country and see the posts on social media, you laugh about it, we laugh about it, cos that's one of our coping mechanisms. But once you leave, it dawns on you that it really is no laughing matter and it breaks your heart.
Stay safe out there people, better days ahead How far have you gone with the language? |

Namae: Good job Adjo10, Brexiteer, afelouz, techspot, shallypop and others Quick question. I and my spouse plan to visit while our 2 other kids who are under 5 years stay back in Nigeria. So that our new baby gets the citizenship and myself and hubby the PR. But we will return to Naija after this due to our works
My questions are these,.
1). Are our children in Nigeria eligible for the citizenship or must they be physically present in Brazil at the time?
Please advice so I know if to apply for them too. Starting my application right away. Do you advice I go with all of them considering that I will be alone after a while as hubby needs to go back to work.
Or I just focus on the new one. It must end in praise.
2). I am only 8weeks gone and very "invisible". Can we mail in our application and wait to be invited since we don't live in Lagos Or should we travel down to Lagos just to submit and possibly still get invited again? We live in Cross river which is such a distance for a double trip.
I'm asking so as to know how to start planing permission to be off work.
3). Better still, will you advice myself and hubby to totally relocate...it's been our life long dream just for the kids to have a better life. But we have quite good jobs here in Naija
4). Also how do I get the parent consent form for the minor who will be applying? .it is not on the site. Do the minors need to pay visa application fees?
Thank you MA'AM THERE IS A RULE HERE BEFORE YOU ASK ANY QUESTION ENSURE YOU READ PAGE 1 TO 44 THANK YOU!!! |

packaging: Yes. So long you have verifiable funds in the account and can be proven you're married legit. I'm doing same with my wife. Using only my bank statement. You don't need to be married folks it's just a tourist visa you can apply with your girlfriend or spouse so long as you can fund the trip a little travel history you're good to go |

One more thing, I have been searching for a language School Where I can learn Portuguese here in Sao Paulo and the ones I have been seeing online are too expensive, they also charge weekly, Lol. Is there a free or affordable school I can attend?? Remember I don’t have protocol or a PR yet, I’m just a tourist for now. Have you gotten your cpf number yet? |
