Manager Is just a slot in the company and not a shareholder. It is only shareholders name that is always on the Memorandum and Articles of the company..what you need to do is just to. present your Appointment and acceptance letter along with the other documents

Your appointment letter will show you are working there as a manager. You can still use the company as a home tie cos the company is owned by your dad and obviously you work there and will be coming back to assume a higher and maintain the same position.

Are you saying I should submit the cac documents along side my appointment letter? That's enough?

There nothing about home ties within the UK student Visa process. You need to start from the beginning and understand the requirements for UK student Visa

Immigration work is back up but they dealing with those needing extension for now.

There's also speculations that schools will resume next week. It'll probably be 1st week of May but whichever the case, it's a total relief believe you me.

It saddens my heart to hear the situation of things in Nigeria and my heart bleeds. I guess when you're in the country and see the posts on social media, you laugh about it, we laugh about it, cos that's one of our coping mechanisms. But once you leave, it dawns on you that it really is no laughing matter and it breaks your heart.

Quick question.
I and my spouse plan to visit while our 2 other kids who are under 5 years stay back in Nigeria.
So that our new baby gets the citizenship and myself and hubby the PR.
But we will return to Naija after this due to our works

My questions are these,.

1). Are our children in Nigeria eligible for the citizenship or must they be physically present in Brazil at the time?

Yes. So long you have verifiable funds in the account and can be proven you're married legit. I'm doing same with my wife. Using only my bank statement.

You don't need to be married folks it's just a tourist visa you can apply with your girlfriend or spouse so long as you can fund the trip a little travel history you're good to go
