EFCC arrests ex-deputy speaker and a leader of the APC, Chibudom Uwuche for an alleged N5.6bn contract scam during his time at the PDP Nwuche’s arrest comes in connection with three alleged contract scams from the Kingsley Kuku-led Presidential Amnesty Office Nwuche allegedly helped Kuku to launder N2.8billion under the guise of sending ex- militants for training in 2012 Chief Chibudom Nwuche, a former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for an alleged N5.6billion contract scam. According to a report on The Punch, Nwuche was detained after responding to the anti-graft agency’s invitation on Monday, July 25. His arrest comes in connection with alleged contract scams from the Kingsley Kuku-led Presidential Amnesty Office. EFCC arrests ex-deputy speaker and a leader of the APC, Chibudom Uwuche for an alleged N5.6bn contract scam during his time at the PDP. Detectives at the EFCC claim that Nwuche helped Kuku to launder N2.8billion under the guise of sending ex-militants for training in 2012. A source at the commission said: “Nwuche is being investigated over an alleged N5.6bn contract which his company, Foundation For Youth Development, allegedly received from the Kingsley Kuku-led Presidential Amnesty Office. “He allegedly got three contracts from the Amnesty Office in 2012 for the training of ex-agitators in Malaysia. Up till now, nothing was done about the contract yet, he collected N2.8bn.” According to the detective, the money was allegedly laundered through some companies, individuals and bureau de change operators back to Kuku, through a front who is also being investigated by the EFCC. Nwuche was still being quizzed by detectives of the EFCC as of 8pm on Monday, July 25. He served at the lower legislative chamber between 1999 and 2003 as a legislator under the Peoples Democratic Party. Chief Chibudom Nwuche and President Muhammadu Buhari Nwuche also served as the Deputy National Chairman of the PDP under the leadership of Alhaji Bamanga Tukur. He dumped PDP for the All Progressives Congress (APC) after President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the 2015 general poll

First of all, tecno Camon c5 and infinix zero 2 do not support 4g LTE so the highest speed u can get is HSDPA.

Secondly, I think we ar over hyping this NTEL. This is not the first time a company will promise something and fail woefully. Even spectranet claim they have 4g LTE but their network is not better than 3g. 4g LTE is not child's play, don't get me wrong, I sure want it but we should wait and see what they have. MTN claim they have 4g, I even get 4g on my phone with mtn sim but the speed is not better than my etisalat with HSDPA. LTE on the other hand is way faster than 3.5g or the fake 4g they serve us with here. One thing is certain, if NTEL are going to serve us with true 4g LTE, then don't expect it to be as cheap as u think. We are talking wireless network here. The only thing that can make it really cheap is if the government subsidies it. Again we all know whatever the government subsidies don't go well, them never even fit give us petrol and electric na internet dem want give us. It is good to let people know so we all won't start screaming RIP OFF when they start operation. Or they serve us with some shitty network at cheap price.

Even t mobile charge $35 a month for 6gb on their 4g LTE. That is N10,500 at N300 exchange rate. Even if NTEL decide to mellow, I don't think they will go lower than 8k for 6gb with the fact that they will have to run on generator 24/7. It is either that or they give us the same shitty internet we are already used to.
