In a statement in Lagos by the state ACN Publicity Secretary, Joe Igbokwe, the party said that the inability of successive PDP governments to effect manageable repair of the road was a disaster and speaks of the degenerating worth of governance as delivered by the PDP in 14 years of barren governance. It advised the Federal Government to hands off the road, if it cannot reconstruct it and allow the Lagos, Ogun and Oyo governments to fix it.
Unserious federal government should hand over the road to the three state to handle it.
In Nigeria today or let me say Lagos, we see a chemist and a pharmacist as same. But i'm kind of confused, is the chemist the place were drugs are sold and a pharmacist the one who sells the drugs or are the chemist and pharmacist different individuals? Someone help me out.
In a nutsell in nigeria, a chemist is a small shop where they sell small small amount of drugs. While in the phamarcy, drugs are mostly sold in bigger amount. Chemist also buy drugs from pharmacy.

Chemists handle the chemist while pharmacists is incharge of the pharmacy. Pharmacists have much knowledge about drugs that the chemists.

ekytessy: my dear dat was all because according to her mother inlaw in particular she said dat her daughter told her dat I always receive calls from different people, she's a full house wife so she doesn't go out. Though her sister inlaw is far older than her so she was not happy wen my sis was getting married to her elder brother because she just got married, so she's not always happy. She said my sister's numerous calls pisses her up, she just want to know who calls my sister and their discussion which my sister never gave room for. My dear notin else.
Why did a house wife receiving too many calls from different people? That was unreasonable.

She should stop receiving calls from different people, apologize to her husband and promise not to repeat it again.

As a short cut to such corrective, I recommend Tunde Okanlawon's scholarly tribute to Chinua in The Sun (Nigeria) of May 4th. After that, I hope those of us in the serious business of literature will be spared further embarrassment.
Hmmmmm.

Try to read the tribute to Chinua Achebe by Tunde Okanlawon as recommended by Professor Soyinka. The link to the tribute is below:
