though i hate 2 things about my 60a epsolar cc, especially the first point, its standard on MS n fangpusen CC

1. the log is not robust enough, it doesnt log daily kwh/ah harvest daily
2. its soc algorithm is wack, always wrong

my watt meters are rated 13amps but I have practically pushed over 15amps tru one of dem without problems. I advice u immediately change follow-come ba3 wen u get a new one.

surprisingly, standards are abused in Nigerian market. I have tested those LED bulbs and found that they are NOT tru. they are fraudulently rated. 3w is actually 5.5w & dat 7 watt is close to 12w.

so bare in mind these erroneous or misleading information on LEDs in d market.

a common denominator with kiekie, inspite of all the other complaints, is that he makes effort to deliver promptly, and no case of fraud recorded against him, hv transacted wih him a couple of times

this watt meter/kill a watt, seems the 15amp variant isnt in the market?...all i see is 13amp type.
am looking for led bulbs, not panels...seen some on konga 7w , 5w etc...but not bright enough for me...want to use them as security/outside light...prefarablly mounted on top of the fence

funny enough haier thermocool complies with intl regulations, their freezers have energy consumption in kwh/yr, unlike LG scanfrost etc.
my target freezer is 365kwh/yr = 1kwh/day = 40w/day roughly. the smallest I hv seen close to the freezer type I want is 438kwh/yr....so the search continues, would have to make out time to physical go and check out the LG freezers in their stores ---yuck!!!!

meanwhile, this fridge is an inverter fridge, I have seen it in shoprite , it has a sticker bearing 28w, and some models I think accept dc input

in another news just observed that phcn have silently increased the energy tariff to 31.27/kwh from the 24.08/kwh it was before, against the directive of the senate against any hike!

so still on my quest for an energy efficient compact freezer, I decided to contact LG Africa to provide more details on their product,
their response was timely, but failed to answer my question
why is it that most customer care rep don't go the extra mile to answer customer questions

if lg stated the freezer consumption in kwh/yr on the website, it would have even made sense, as they don't usually state the wattage too.
guess one has to physically locate the product and read off these values from the sticker.

I was shock to discover my 10mm cables (about a yard long ) is eating my harvest up to 0.5v. For instance my CC was pushing output of 27.6v to the batteries but what the batteries are getting is 27.13v the painful aspect is dat there is nothing I can do except try another cable gauge.

I was a bit happy to note also that my 2kva -1600w microtek inverter has idle running of 27w even though I believed it was higher before installing the watt meter

@abunafiu, nope i didnt just water them...have tried charging them at 61v/ie equalization setting for upto 24hrs, at 3hr internals with usage inbetween...still no show.
ait o...u said ur bank drops to 49.2v by 6am powering the loads u listed?. how many batts do you have?/whats ur bank size in AH?

MINE DROPS TO 49.2V under 8hrs just powering 2 ceiling fans 75w each. 3 x 16w energy bulbs, 1 samsung 46inch led tv..90w or so, dvd hometheater 85w (a few hrs inbetween)
i think the drop to 49.2v is too rapid, i used the mecury set b4 transfering them to the villge, they stayed at 50v for almost the whole day!

abi is this normal, and am just anxious for nothing?
