China basically peg their Yuan on the dollar. The dollar is damn stable. I don't need to keep repeating this...stable currency, low interest rate, low inflation....etc. Those are important macro-economics. They need to be very stable. The economy grows in an environment on PREDICTABILITY AND STABILITY.
