Pidgin2: Lol, i've also Been to Ghana and after my trip I began to appreciate the wealth in my country. You can't judge a state by a single trip, you didn't go round, I'm sure you didn't get to The Victoria Island or even places on the mainland like Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Ilupeju, Maryland, Apapa etc.
Do you know that there are many islands in Lagos e.g. Snake Island, Takwa Bae, Ibhasa, Ijegun Imore, etc I don't need to talk much sha, you can maintain your opinion if you like I know I spent 2 months in Lagos I was there with a journalist friend who was covering a event on Victoria island; isn't that the place you call the Beverly hills of Nigeria? I passed through majority of the Lekki area |

Akorkor: Paid well in Ghana? My foot...please go and do your research. Your highest pay cant be more than GHC3000 which you cant even take to shop and buy any better things. My dear, it is call Standard of living not Standing of living. I wonder why you Ghanaian always feel inferior anyway. And which road are they repairing? Road around my area which is west legon is Bad, passing Gimpa area is not good too. Infact, the only city that is relatively okay in the whole of Ghana is Accra, apart from that there is no livable environment in Ghana. see this one ooo, can't even recognize a typo Liar Gimpa road is perfectly good. BA is the best place to live in Ghana Sekondi and it sister city is livable than any city you will mention in Nigeria My boss is just a middle level worker and he earns 5000 cedis a month before allowances, fuel coupon and more |

uzzyfire: loooolll I'm laughing , Nigeria has more than enough resources that we've not exploited , even if oil runs out our country will still have d largest economy in Africa. and oil can Neva run out in Nigeria its in excess, oil is abundant in up to 10 states in Nigeria
Truly Nigeria is a blessed country. every natural resource is in EXCESS, every state in Nigeria has a natural resource name as it nick name e.g Enugu(coal city), Niger delta(oil region) that's why you will continue selling natural resources whiles other countries develop their societies |

Akorkor: People in Lagos? Who is telling you that crap? My friend go and rest. Your citizen can not even on AC 24/7 because ECG will finish them. Load 100GHC and ON AC for 24hrs the second day it will be -1.0000. Is that life? You people always like competing with us and we are not mate. they are making even more money to afford their bills. You guys are the one too poor that you run away each time NEPA officials come to collect bills. irony of the day Competing with Nigeria, is nigeria even competitive? Nigeria is below our league our competition is in South Korea, Malaysia, Norway and co |

uzzyfire: lloooooolllll, my God this is so funny Ghana been through what please tell me abeg looooollll. loooolll have Nigeria ever paid the civil servants of other countries before? Your kings have their lands today because Ghanaians fought the Queen in her own courts for you to have a land of your own. Have Nigeria ever been through an economic downturn with foreign sabotages and come out flying like a bird before. Pray Nigeria is develop before your oil runs out else there won't exist a country called Nigeria |

Akorkor: You are so on point @9jacool. It's like Just30 doesn't really know much about Ghana or Nigeria. I work in Ghana as expatriate and I also work in Nigeria and I can compare the two countries. Ghana English is not so good while Nigeria English is better. Ghana economy is too difficult even for their citizen to live. For example, I pay my driver more than ghc700 that's like 69k official and 70k black market in Nigeria. If am in nigeria I can't pay driver more than 40k that's ghc400. And he will never ask or finish collecting his salary before the end of the month but in Accra here....My driver finish his salary before end of the month. So So what are you saying? Their economy is so bad that to fill my car I spend nothing less than ghc400.
To me,I think Ghanaian are still in slavery indirectly. If I start siting example you go run. So please stop comparing Nigeria to Ghana. They are not mate. it's called the standing of living Now you know, it's way night than Nigeria. People are actually paid well in Ghana. How does filling your car concerns economy; an irony? My boss has a 600 cedis coupon to fill his car every month cos he has to move around a lot. how does s your fuel cost correlate to slavery? We accept our cost of fuel without that much complain because it ends up repairing our roads. At least I as a Ghanaian know where the taxes I pay ends up Nigerian are really under the slavery of their leaders a foreign overlords. |

uzzyfire: guy u can't compare Accra with abuja or Lagos period!!! d only state u can compare Accra with is calabar or akwa ibom. nigeria is too big for ghana to be compared to. we are bigger in everytin both good and sadly bad, u just name it of course I'm not comparing Accra to any one of them because Accra is way better a city than both Lagos and Abuja combined. You can't call Lagos a city when it doesn't have the basics of every city. |

Hope to see you every other 90 days |

Akorkor: You sound like a sad human. Must you abuse? You are so silly for that your response. Nigeria is far better than Ghana in all area whether you like it or not. You guys are still in slavery. By the way, what are you doing on nigeria forum? Naira maybe useless now but cedis is Nothing good. aww The poor lil guy is having a mental breakdown People in Lagos have not had electricity supply since January, is that better? What's the state of water supply, is that better? What's the state of healthcare, the nearest one is like 50 km from you; is that better? An ordinary Ghanaian has a better standard of living than an ordinary Nigerian An ordinary Ghanaian can pick up his health insurance card and walks to the hospital and get free healthcare, can you say same for a nigerian? |

You know yourself that water in Korlebu hospital is an issue. The use of generators is also on the rise in Ghana as we speak. I'm not saying access is any better in Nigeria but let's not deny the situation for many in Ghana.Truth is ,neither country can say they have no work to do. both countries have huge work to do Generator usage on the increase; not true They're on the downward trend because the power issues have been largely resolved |
