Mkenya2019: Nairobi Expressway has 11 interchanges - so that alone means we are saving lots of money. The total length is nearly 30kms. See mad cow - not comparable.
it does not have any interchange
It is just one flyover but when it crosses existing roads and interchanges, you classify it as a new interchange...
This is what your politicians used to hoodwink you guys and bamboozled you....
IGpro1: exactly yet I haven't seen any Ghanaian bragging with those lovely interchange. If it were in Kenya, you'd see diffent angles of picture with many caption, like, nairobry is Singapore Nairobry is best in Africa.
South Africa has so much to show, yet they don't go screaming development. All African countries are developing slowly but surely.
Such development are rear in Kenya and that is why they go blasting the entire internet with it when it finally happens.
obaaderemi: Here we go again. Did I not say Little India is the poster child for neocolonialism in Africa. This one is bragging about land stolen from poor Kenyans by their white masters.
Let me cure your ignorance a bit. Open the link above. Just like just30 told you, some of the things you brag about in east Africa about your agriculture are actually developed in West Africa. That link is about International Institute for Tropical Agriculture. It's a seed company and I believe they have a branch in little India. Meanwhile its headquarters is in Ibadan, Nigeria. It's bigger and older than any seed company you have.
We produce more maize, soybean, banana and many other crops than you. So what are you blabbing on about? You need to cure yourself of the serious level of narcissistic personal disorder that afflicts you, son. Kenya is not as important as you struggle to make it seem.
Just expect the typical Kenyan noise and bragging about useless things that are not news worthy like side walks
popizaino: As usual, if the Kenyan says the tallest mountain in Africa is in Kenya, this one will repeat after them to say the one in Ghana is the tallest in the world.
That neighborhood is spreading like harmattan fire and it will require serious lobbying from Government to get all their roads done.
People are completing their estates/houses in months. So far Electricity Company and Ghana Water works are trying their best to connect all houses to the national grid but for Roads and Highways authority, it won't be easy for them to tar their roads..
When you get to the neighborhood you will see contractors constructing their drainage system/gutters and that alone shows something is being done and just a matter of time for Government to allocate some money for their roads to be fixed.
vankelvin: It's a shame a so called *developed Kenya* is struggling to compare it's stagnant old rich neighborhoods to East Legon Hills of yesterday(less than 7 years)... Pity fall on you
It's sad that they don't have anything worthy to match
Mkenya2019: They come to Ghana to confront the evils of slavery - to look at Ghanian in the eyes - try to understand why their own would sell them to European slaves trades and then most of them eventually settle in Kenya. My neigberhour here in Nairobi is retired Africa-American. He went to Ghana - tried settling there - but just couldn't. It's a mini zoo. Now he is happily living in Nairobi.
still Nairobi can't scratch it at quality of life A friend of mine neighbor run from Nairobi because it stinked and the place is a slumpolis .... He's happily settled in East Legon Hills with a beautiful property
Mkenya2019: Returning former Ghanian slaves coming to see what their own kin and kith did to their ancestors is not a tourism. It's an exorcism. It's their attempt to confront the evils of Ghana.
you are mad
Keep being an European subject
Slavery ended a long time ago, break your country free
gallivant: Takoradi looks nothing like France so clearly it didn't work. Stop spewing nonsense.
clearly it worked and that is why it is functional It doesnt have to look the same.... Those copy cat shit is left for less innovative people like Kenyans

clearly it worked and that is why it is functional It doesnt have to look the same.... Those copy cat shit is left for less innovative people like Kenyans
gallivant: Just because it worked in France doesn't mean it's better. Takoradi is confirmation of that fact! Stop preaching European solutions for African problems.
it works everywhere it is practiced...
No city should be missed mashed unplanned like Nairobi... Where everything goes with no proper definition
Mkenya2019: Dream on. Ghana can never teach us anything serious.
Twenty-eight of the cultivars were grown in two to five countries each during the 2013/2014 main crop season. It is known by its original name Obatanpa in Ghana and Zambia; in Mali, it is called Dembanyuman; it is Sammaz14 in Nigeria; and in Uganda, it goes by the name Longe5 (or Nalongo)
Everything else in Kenya was a clone from Obatanpa.... Obatanpa has been the perfect OPV for the creation of clones as it was intended to be
Mkenya2019: Crazy names - Quick Google Search. I typed Ghana Kenya Maize Clone.
