Depends on what you mean by "difficult".
The rules state that you can apply for a dependant when you switch to a post-study visa, but that dependant must already be in the UK with you as a student dependant first.

In other words, you must first apply for a student dependant visa for your wife before you finish your studies, then bring her to the UK, after which you two can apply for the post-study visa together from inside the UK. A dependant cannot apply for the post-study visa from outside the UK.

i did on 30th and I've gotten decision mail, and collection mail got in today waiting for courier. No non straight forward mail aswell

He studied chemistry here in Nigeria and applied for a course thats more of mechanical engineering. An agent helped him get a course. and he's travelled and discovered that they re three in the dept. He's noticed that the guys are all grounded in mechanical engineering and that even the assignments are not child's play, so he's asking if there's a way he can change his course now that he's already in the UK. Thanks for your time.

1. That will depend on the date of your biometric,if it is after 30days from the day of your already printed statement then yes you have to reprint a recent one.
