@Justblow

You are misleading people here, judiciary review is not for non-immigration visa, the screenshort you uploaded is not for visiting visa.

Don't encourage people to waste money and time

What are you saying?.....do you know what you talking about?...... Did you even go tru the content of the link I sent, I did my research before posting that screenshot. You need get your fact right before you attack...

You need to be very careful with the way you address issues, it is very wrong of you to use the word misleading without first going Tru the link I sent.

I demand an apology from you..

There is no right of appeal or right to administrative review

If you included the kids birth certificate, I don't see any other evidence the ECO requires, expect maybe he/she is looking at family pictures not being presented. And are you very sure there birth certificate was scaned at the vac? Cause things goes proper wrong from the scanning section if you not very vigilant.

If you will be reapplying , make sure you add family pictures and be very vigilant at the VAC during documents scanning.

And if you feel you want to contest this decision, then I can supply you with information about how to go about this process.

Do you have the right to appeal or right to administrative review on the refusal letter?

You still dont want to accept. Stop giving people your misleading advice. You sounded authoritatively and it appears you are ignorant about UK visa laws.

You can sponsor a fully working class person if you have a valid reason to sponsor the person. They will ask you in the visa application, y do u want to visit? Y do you want to be fully sponsored? The way the visa people think is different. Give them valid reason with evidence; then you are good to go.

Many working class people have been fully sponsored for visit visa. You need to make your application convincing at your sponsor end and on your own end. You still need to have strong home ties, have considerable amount in your account, relationship evidence and many others.
Your sponsor evidence and documents should be up to date.

Stop misleading people. If you are not sure of something, put 'might'. Dont change the topic. You are wrong and your statement could have misguided people and lead them astray. Because we are in a faceless forum, that does not allow you to say what you are not certain about. Learn this life lesson.

Learn to use words..... No one is at war with you.... Mind your expression... How do you relate with people around you?.... Are you this bitter?.... People like you only see your chest....you can do better with expression.

Stop passing wrong message. Anyone can be sponsored regardless of age. If you don't know the rules, don't talk. Your sponsor should just have a valid reason why he wants to sponsor you.

Visa depends on several things. You can be sponsored if you have a good reason regardless of age. The visitor situation and the sponsor situation are both taken in consideration.

Many people of adult age have obtained visa when sponsored. Many children and old people have been rejected too. Visa is not a one way thing.

Stop misleading people.

The question that was asked was based on visit visa, you want to visit the UK and you working and some one wants to sponsor your holiday trip.... You will try o.

Moreover, my analysis was base on visit.... And you, whoever you are from your comment, you are very rude.

The platform is here to learn and share experience not to talk or reply to people's comment in a very rude manner. Life .... a little lesson of time.

Please if I assume to budget 300k for this trip, How can I share it since my expenses are being catered for?

What ever you do, do not spend more than twice your monthly disposable income.

Good Morning My Dear Oga's @justwise and @ekpotek,

I wish to apply for a UK visit visa in September, I earn 155k and my sister will be sponsoring my whole trip.

What amount can I declare for the trip on my side?
I have large debits compared to credits which is also high, will it be a problem?

Adult don't get sponsored for visit, she can only host you. It is children and over 65 that can be sponsored.

How could the ECO possibly tell he spent more than 20k in a month? Did the applicant contradict himself by stating somewhere in the application that he spent more than 20k in a month?

Thank very much for your observation, there is one thing I noticed from this platform, one needs to be very very patient to deal with some people's comment or observations. I noticed that he has turned to an active ECO to judge a case where the ECO is seeing month on the form and changing it to year.... It is well.

And for the bank statement and money or deposit not corresponding that he referred to, please, every detail was highlighted in yellow.... I beg I finish work for the application, thank to this platform.

At the end of the day patient is highly recommended on this platform, because some people can provoke.

What you need to do is reapply at a later date and in your cover letter, articulate clearly but politely the blunder. Try and explain down to the letter the issue and support it clearly with backed breakdown of your financial inflows (income) and outflows (expenditures) on a separate spreadsheet document.

As in breakdown and explain all entries on your bank statement to back your claims.

Make it so explicit that whoever sees it don't need to think twice and you will get it.

I appreciate this... Thank you and God bless you mightily.

I do understand you are so angry with the ECO blunders but put into considerations other reasons by The ECO, first reading your refusal letter, uve probably overstayed in UK before or otherwise and told to leave. If you keep applying, you will be refused, the only solution for you to enter UK is through settlement visa, right to family life will override that bad record of you been told to leave UK. You only concerned about the ECO blunder on your income calculations but you are not worried you have been told to leave UK in 2008.

So my oga, from this, I am only entitled to a one year ban, I have evidence and I submitted all with my application. I will appreciate if anyone can give a possible suggestion to addressing the ECO blunder.

Thank you for your contribution, first I need to let you know that I was never removed from the UK, I left voluntarily which I know has its own ban duration. I will be making some attachments to this, so that you no that I did not just wake up and apply without first knowing the rules and moreover, the ECO judgment was based on the merit of this application as written clearly on the letter. If he had denied me based on my travel history, I can still contest it.

Good evening all. I got a mail they my passport is ready, so I rushed and picked it. But surprisingly, there’s no visa nor letter attached. We where 3 ( 2 student visa and 1 visit) that had similar issue, so they advised we drop our passports that they would get back to us.
Please who else has noticed this? I believe it could’ve an omission. Please who has noticed or experienced this before?

Too much blunders from them this days... Don't really blame them, this is where this country has taken us.

@Justblow, please share the Link. Thanks

The link to your tls platform is inside your inbox. That is the email that you use to log into your application page. You must go back to your application page via your email and click submit and give Biometric and it will then redirect you to the tls page, where you will see track My application at the bottom
