really sad to see arsenal leave the CL. but like u guys already guessed, lessons must be learnt.

arsenal is arsenal's greatest enemy. u guys are ur own enemies, nobody else, ok maybe plus wenger.
Arsenal had the better possession but didn't do anything with the ball. A lot of times u guys had clear goalscoring chances but u'ld prefer to pass the ball one more time so u can score a perfect goal.
WHY THE HELL CAN'T YOU GUYS SHOOT FROM OUTSIDE THE BOX? Is there a law by wenger against shooting from outside of the box? must you pass into the 6yard box b4 u can score?

when arsenal demolished liverpool with baptista scoring an hatrick, i can remember majority, if not all, of the goals were from outside the box. Scoring the perfect goal is only good for the headlines. . . .wat gives u a win is a goal, no matter how it comes.

On wenger, . . .
he is a major culprit in arsenal's present predicament with his decisions.
if he knew he was goin to play Henry, why wait till 10 mins to the end of the game. Henry shouldn't have played, but if wenger saw a need for him to play, he should have started him. wats the point of keepin an henry on the bench till its almost impossible for him to change anything.

Next thing for arsenal now is to keep buildin the team they are tryin to build. hopefully they'll blend soon enough. but i think wenger shoulda learnt the hard way that as much the young players are the future and they play well, u also need experienced and well grounded players in the team.

evra is injured., heinze would replace him. Saha too is doubtful so larsson and rooney would attack, with ronaldo and giggs on the wings. scholes and carrick in the middle and our usual defence line. smith might just make it to the bench. would really love to see him play again, after such a spell. . .he might even grab a goal while he's at it

Lille shouldn't be a hard nut to crack.

A little bit of fatigue might be evident in our recent displays, cos we had only one addition to the team at the beginning of the season. .carrick.

On the treble task, it is not impossible .
The premiership title is 8 games away. we need to win 5. We are in the quarter finals of the FA cup playin boro, and in the champion's league, anything can happen.
remember porto's run when they won the CL?,Remember how arsenal almost won it and how villareal almost got to the final? .
All we need is consistency and ultimately, a lil bit of luck. and i bet u, i've been seein some amount of luck in some of our games.
Every champion needs luck to win a trophy. Remember chelsea last season, and arsenal's unbeaten run. so many games were won on sheer luck, so when i see us get lucky in some games, it just tells u everything. See our game against lille, and the FA cup replay at reading., and of course the win at Anfield.

Thank God for the win but it was not a very comfotable win.

C'mon, we had the game in our hands after 6mins and we almost blew it. It was very very annoying to see us lose concentration because we were 3 goals up very early.
Everyone jus went to sleep after the goals and reading came out to play football.


The most annoyin part of the match was fergie's substitutions. whyin heaven's name did he bring in rooney and ronaldo? to do what?

i admire the courage and amount of work by wenger's team on sunday cos they really put up a fight against chelsea. but one thing still nags me, ARSENAL COULDA WON THE GAME, but for wenger's pride.
No problem fieldin a young side that got to the final in the first place, but this is the final, against chelsea. Why not put in a few experienced players to balance the whole team. . . .but of course, wenger knows all.
