Definitely you can use the second method for good if you have acquired the discipline and love required which unfortunately majority of people have not.
As it is presently with the level of consciousness of people currently it is even better that man doesn't know the power he possesses or else the world will be in more serious trouble with the strong preying on the weak psychically

For the second, the person uses his will power and does not accept any other outcome apart from his own will and not God's will. This is how black magicians operate

I deliberately decided not to talk about the second process. That is why I answered that the one I know and work with is the first process which works with Divine Spirit.

The second process works too but that has to do with black magic and it is an area and subject I don't like dwelling on as people misuse it to harm others.

That is why it is better to leave the process of manifestation to Divine Spirit ad It will always act for the good of the whole while the second process uses personal will for selfish purposes. I will not advise anyone to use the second process because of the repercussions.

It is really unfortunate. The spiritual damage that people do to themselves with wrong interpretation of holy scriptures can be quite devastating. With some people even going ahead to kill others all in the name of what they understood from their scriptures.

I can say that I was quite lucky in this lifetime as I had an early awakening. I remembered my past lives and I was surprised with what I was being taught in the church. I had to start my own search and started scrutinizing the Holy Bible for myself. I was surprised to have a completely different understanding from what the pastors were teaching .

And because of these wrong teachings there are a lot of earth bound souls in our environment. They don't even have any idea they are dead and they keep roaming around trying to interact with the living. Sometimes we do help those who ask for it. But most times we go out of our way to help loved ones

Classical example is my mother who was even a Reverend minister with her own church. She was earthbound when she died. I even had to jab her about her believes and where she has found herself. She was eventually crossed over when she gave consent to be helped. This is mostly the reason I don't like talking much about these issues. People need to go within and see things for themselves.


It depends on the karmic profile of that person and the lessons yet to be learnt.
I have seen people who came back very fast and others who really took their time before coming back

Most of my Soul Travel experiences are not just moving into the inner to have fun and fly around. Most are for problem solving and trouble shooting and acquiring spiritual knowledge.
In one of my experiences, I had sat down to do my spiritual exercises and as usual I placed my attention on the spiritual eye and started singing the HU. My awareness started expanding and the next moment I was in a room with my sister and she was crying. She told me that my father is dead. I told her not to worry as I know what to do. I knew exactly where to find my father. I expanded my awareness to his favourite spot in our family house and there he was.

I told him that now is not a good time for him to die as we still need him in the family. After reasoning with him he decided to go back to his body. I came back to my physical consciousness.
Much later my sister told me that my Dad told her that he actually translated but was convinced to come back. He didn't tell her who did the convincing of course.

This is one way soul travel can help in trouble shooting a problem

Another experience was one of our neighbors who was quite close to me. I really liked her. She died from a brief illness and the mother was quite heartbroken as she was her favourite daughter.
I wanted to check in on her and know how she was coping in the inner worlds. I did my spiritual exercises and focused my attention on her and in an instant I found myself in a building and she was sitting down in the living room. She was surprised to see me. We chatted and I told her that her mother is missing her.
After a while she got up and entered the kitchen. She didn't come out again. I was worried and I went in to look for her. There was an elderly woman there. I asked about my neighbor and she took me to a shelve containing several earthen pots.

She brought out a pot that was broken and told me that the pot belonged to my neighbor and that the fact it was broken means she has reincarnated.
I came back to physical consciousness.

It wasn't long when her sister delivered a baby and I went to welcome her back. Every body was surprised the way the baby reached out to me when I came. I carried her and looked deep Into her eyes. We recognized each other.
I whispered in her ears. Welcome back.
Of course I had to keep the law of silence as it was a Christian family who didn't believe in reincarnation.

There is nothing like cheating there. The opportunity is always there for those interested to access this inventions.

Of course there is. With the level of consciousness of humans still very poor, there is a limit to what humans are allowed to access so that they will not use it to destroy the earth.
Ordinary nuclear fission that was invented look at what they are doing with it.
The more spiritually advanced a people become, the more they are allowed to access inventions that make life easier which evil people will not misuse.

In my early days of learning soul travel, I had those type of experiences. I don't have them anymore now. My movement into the inner planes comes very subtly without any fanfare or vibration. Most times in a flash I am there in full consciousness, explore and back in a twinkle of an eye.

With this question you are taking me back to things I have already taken time to explain in this thread especially regarding evil.
The lower universes are worlds of duality or opposites where you have good and evil, tall and short, male and female etc.

Specifically created by God as a school for souls to mature spiritually. You make your choice which road or which action to take whether good or evil using the materials that are already created in the lower universes. And of course each action generates a reaction called Karma which returns your choice to you enabling you to learn from your choice. How to use the materials in the universes of God is entirely up to Soul.

Remember that nuclear energy can be used to generate electricity that makes life easier but man still decided to use it as weapon to kill his fellow man generating more negative karma. We are totally responsible for how we use the materials in creation , not God.

By real I mean they are objective and anybody that goes there will see the same thing.
Thought forms are real too once you create them and they have a life span. This is because like God we also have ability to create and our creation takes the form of thought forms in the mental plane.

I have had soul travel experience in which I had to rescue a relative from psychic sharkle but I didn't tell the person what I did. The person eventually told me the same experience and what I did but to her it was all a dream.
I have had several other verifications of my own experiences so I don't need any other authentication nor do I even think it necessary as there are spiritual laws to follow.
The law of silence determines what you share and really we are not interested in convincing anyone about the authenticity of the inner planes. It is up to you. If you are ready to find out, then take the steps as we have taken and find out for yourself.

Soul travel is undertaken strictly to bring Soul closer to God by experiencing the light and sound of God as it flows through the different planes. This strengthens your conviction and removes the impurities that bog Soul down in the physical universe

Nothing is a simulation because creation is finished in the lower world. You can not imagine what does not already exist. For you to imagine it means it already exist, so the imagination is trying to bring you in harmony with it so that you can fully experience it.
All the ideas, all the cartoon worlds, all the films already exist in the mental plane. Creative people are able to tap into this plane and bring those ideas to life for us to enjoy in the physical plane.

The inner planes are real and the people you see there too are real. If you met someone you know in a dream, it is real and happening in a real place and if the person is an aware soul, he or she can remember what you did together in the dream. It all boils down to level of awareness or state of consciousness of the people involved.

For example water as ice or liquid will be visible to the physical eyes but add more energy to it to increase the vibration of the molecules, it then becomes vapour which your eyes can't see anymore just like air but it is still physical.
There are beings inhabiting planets like Venus, mars, Jupiter but they are existing at a higher frequency that our physical equipment are not sensitive to detect.
If you increase your own vibration to be in harmony with the supraphysical frequency they are existing in, you will see them. Supraphysical is the same as physical but at a higher vibration. For example again that is the frequency you can also use to see earth bound souls which you call ghosts.



Most dreams occur in the astral plane. Most drug abusers open themselves inadvertently to this level and lower astral planes where nightmares occur which you can refer to as hallucinations. They are real and not creations of the brain. There are lots of nasty stuff in the lower astral plane. That is what some unprepared soul experience in near death and claim they went to hell.



The program of Eckankar is actually to train you to master travel gradually from one level to another. It takes lots of love and dedication to achieve.

My Soul travel journeys are mostly from astral plane to etheric plane. The ones I had in the physical plane were at the supraphysical level which is a higher dimension or higher vibratory level of the physical plane.



Inner planes are all the realms that are beyond the spectrum of the physical eyes. And stretches from supraphysical to etheric which forms the lower universes of God and onwards to Soul plane to the Ocean of Love and Mercy which forms the True spiritual heavens where there are no opposites and Soul is in its true form.

The difference still remains in taking charge of the dream world and deciding what to do or where to go. By doing this you transform the dream to Soul Travel.
You can not forget that you are soul traveling. Once you consciously move into the inner worlds, it remains until you are ready to end the experience.

In lucid dreaming you are making effort to wake up in your dream and be more aware of it but in soul travel you are awake from begining and the experience is vivid from begining till end.

Unlike a dream, I am fully aware of leaving my physical consciousness and moving into a higher consciousness. I move into an inner plane in full consciousness with full knowledge of where I am going and what I want to achieve and when I am done I simply move my consciousness back to the physical body and just like that I am back with complete memory of what I experienced.

No, they are not the same.
In a dream you have no control of what is happening even if the dream is lucid.
In Soul Travel you have full consciousness and full control. You can choose to discontinue the experience at any time and you can choose where you want to go




Yes you can. You simply need to wake up in the dream and know that it is a dream and take charge of the dream and decide what to do and where to go or what to learn.
I have had several of such experiences of waking up in my dream with full realization that it is a dream and with it comes opportunity to use it to learn some spiritual lessons.
The key of course is spiritualizing your consciousness before going to sleep which you can do via Spiritual Exercises e g singing the HU, the love song to God just before sleeping.
