@VicJustice how about if he had eben on the local level for long? if i may ask you a simple question,why do you and justwise have issues against nigerians trying to seek for greener pastures? In as much as i appreciate some of your efforts on the forum some of your post and response seems just to harsh,if you are a visa consular for one of the western countries am sure no Nigerian will get a visa...i beg lets try to encourage others,if you feel someone is taking a drastic help about going overseas why not just ask for their email and send them a message over there rather than been mean to them on here..You know some people here have friends who knows their ID's so lets be our brother's Keeper's,we all know most of the Nigerians abroad right now starting from years back aint genuine when applying their visa for the first time except the students,lottery winners and all that.so please and please just a piece of advice.

I will like to find out how much it will cost to build and finish 2 units of 3 bedroom flats or 4 units of 3 bedroom flats,Land is at ikorodu and also is it advisable to use a building contractor? I will appreciate response as i have been wondering over this for sometime and i need to get started but before dwelling into it i want to have a better insight and since its my first house i was thinking of just making it 2 flats bungalow but someone advised to make it 4 that i can complete 2 now and the remaining 2 as i want it or when i have the resources.

I think the poster wont get the right answers with this post cos every1 will give there opinion based on their respective experiences with the banks,you might visit a branch of bank A in Lagos and they offer you good CS and you visit their branch B in Ogun and they are nothing to write home about,i think the poster should decided this after visiting Nigeria,he is talking about Delta state for crying out loud so let him get to delta first look or ask around for the best banks with the best service he is seeking for and then he can decide,I have accounts with FCMB and Diamond..Diamond gives me higher interest rates than FCMB but believe me they are both the best,Despite not been in the country they still offer me the best CS i have ever seen anywhere else...so you might wanna try out FCMB or Diamond.
