Only in Naija SHA,I dont think they know how many block of flats that will build in different regions of naija,oya make i break down some..30m will build 2 storey building which consists 12 units of 2 bed flats each,that means the 4 Billion naira will build 134 numbers of the 12 storey buildings and that is 1608 flats,you know how many families that will create accommodation for?

If our government can be so kind to build this for us in all states for the common people,we go happy tire..haba why is Nigeria moving 5 steps backward and 1 step forward,can we ever get there?

Ehen Less i 4get,make our government try develop every part of naija,abi why na only lagos,PH and Abuja,if everywhere is developed those top cities wont be congested,i was gisting with my friend weeks back and he was like L what will Nigerians do if BFF can turn lagos into JBurg and abuja or kano into istanbul?

What is so hard in it if BRT Buses can turn inter state,i mean make FG try do something of such and what happens to the rail,i mean modern ones where you have toilets,restaurants,haba naija i hail thee

Properties in my own rough estimation,you can build 12 units (2 storey block of 2 bed-flats) at 30m that is approx 2.5m/flat,why cant our so called rich man this rich man that try build 100 each in different parts of naija and sell it out maybe 3 or 4m and ask we the common people to pay monthly interest free and why cant our government do the same,you go just dey hear billions up and down,ordinary one billion naira will build around 35 buildings and that is 420 flats,do you know how many families that will help? even ask them to pay 50,000 naira monthly that means within 5 to 6 years they would have complete payment on the properties..of course no be me go teach anyone how dem go spend their money but at least make our government sef do am,u go see as house rent and cost of building go fall drastically and robbery sef go reduce,it will affect alot of things/sectors believe me.

I pray our leaders can see this,all the points made on this page are needed to be implemented except the points from some clown i wont mention names,But in addition to this i will add:

1.National Airline with brand new planes and will fly both domestic and international routes(this will help in creating employments as well as aide import and export hence generating income for locals).

2.Police,Government needs to meet their needs so the police as well can meet our own needs,hope we remember the inhuman condition of the police college,i won;t say much on this.

3.Government should continuing paying the NYSC fee even after one finish serving the NYSC,this will help in a long way to people who can't secure a job after their service,abi 19,000($120) too much per month despite all the stress one has gone through in attaining education?

4.Security,really this is one of the most important ones because for naija so no where is safe.

5.Electricity let them privatize electricity fully and sell to correct countries maybe USA or Canada and let every houses start using the new meters,why wont there be light when the electricity company makes money when you buy cards to load to your meter,why wont you buy the cards when you need electricity,water can also be done this way and it could be a joint venture between electricity,water and sewage company,here in Europe you pay for environmental.sanitation and sewage together with your electricity bill,so you dont need to worry about sewage or sanitation.

6.No one will agree to this and me as a christian sef dey against am but since we have 3 religions in Nigeria,make dem introduce the third one sef during swear in now cos dat one na immediate judgement for any corrupt officers but on a more serious note i dont think there is any country without corrupt officers but their are limits to it,we know we can't do anything much about the level of corruption in Naija cos believe me it runs in the air we breathe but at least make all this corrupt officers do the basic and we might keep shut or over look dem coluption lol

7.Health..so bad you can only get quality health from the la creme hospital,who fit afford those ones? what am i even saying sef abi i don 4get how many top officials and de la creme of the society dey go India,SA,Ghana,Germany yearly?Haba why are we Nigerians when some basic amenities are not readily available,na wa o

8.Education..You need to check how much we are generating for the government of the neighboring countries,now am not against studying abroad,but is there any reason why we cant have foreigners or even our neighbors coming into naija to study?

9.Why is is that na only naija u go see price of things going up immediately there is increase in petrol and once government brings down the price of the petrol the other products wont reduce in price ?

10.We the citizens are also cause to some problems in naija,alot of things are wrong doing from our sef but we overlook it.
