I did not say that u need to present tax certificate or business certificate, i said your sponsor can give you those documents to prove his/her source of income.

Affidavit can not serve as sponsor's letter, and only somebody that shares the same family name with u can sponsor you.
Yes having the maintenance money and the school fees in your account is the right thing to do, your sponsor can still write a letter for you no matter where he is, he can send it by email or fax to you.

If you think ur friends did it the other way then i can only wish you good luck

I think I can remember a similar case of a said Jamaican whom the UK gov tried to deport back to JA.

If Nig govt refused accepting him then he will be brought back to the UK and detained untill the right official document is obtained. Its not good news for him.

Unfortunately he will be deported to Nigeria cos that is the passport he presented to them, its upto Nigerian govt to deny him entrance if he got deported to Nigeria.

Whoever is giving you the money need to also give you sponsor's letter, reinforcing his or her committement to sponsor you through out your period of studying in the UK. That person must share the same family name with you.

Not just letter, prove of source of income will help a great deal, payslip, tax certificate for example, all the documents must be original and not from any dodgy agent.

Nobody can give you 100% guarantee, do the right thing and leave the rest to God and BHC
