bspc: if one has been rejected on the basis of having included a fraudulent bank statement which was perpetrated by a visa agent despite the applicant having a credible bank account but because the applicant didn't know any better allowed the agent a free hand and that stands as the sole reason for refusal. what should the individual do noting that the person was only warned but not banned for ten years... Is that the UK embassy? |

naijamark: Cancel the damn thing immediately, better than rejection. Then reapply. There's no way you can edit an already finalised application. You can only reschedule an appointmen, not resubmit visa application. That is not true, mistake can be corrected on the printout before submitting at the visa centre. |

bodegold: Hello Admin, my name is Bode, im new to nairaland, please i just need an advice or a response to guide me in what to do. I have overstayed my uk visa by two years plus and i intend to go back to Nigeria, i did register at a GP on a shorter form of my name, not the full name i used to gain entry and i have never used the NHS service before, just registered should in case i fall ill or something which i never did. should i disclose everything as it is at the Home office or i can simply dont mention it since i never used the service, will my name pop up in anyway and will that have an effect in anyway on me.
Also would like to ask, a solicitor told me the duration ban is just formality, that with the new immigration laws in effect now, if one is banned, one will never be granted a visa to the Uk again. What do you reckon on this please? Lastly, is there a need for the ETD, as my passport is expired aswell or i will be able to travel with my expired passport, i know i will be banned with the stamp on it aswell.
Many thanks. Since you never used the NHS then it's okay, you don't need to bother about that. Getting a visa again surely will be difficult but I'm not sure if it's an indefinite ban. No you don't need ET you can travel with your Nigerian passport |

obayaya: So it's all about who's attacking who to you? So you'd rather prefer chaos?
Bro.. Nothing strives in Chaos..
it takes a real leader to unite different clans and lead them to prosperity.. But Libyans got carried away..
And they'll never recover.. not in the near future It's what it's, when one man, one family, one tribe stays in power for 40years, monopolised the whole country resources, killed, jailed anybody who dare to challenge him then when he is gone there will be chaos. |

ROSSIKE: Cry me a river...The lands were seized after Britain led by Tony Blair reneged on its funding commitments to the redistribution program. So blame the Brits not Mugabe. Tony Blair came to power in 1997, he wasn't even in power when land redistribution agreement was signed in December 1979 just a year before Mugabe came to power. Like I said before you are embarrassingly clueless. |
Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 1:34pm On Jun 01, 2015 |
ROSSIKE: It's usually whites who call Mugabe's land redistribution "land grabbing". The cheek of it. This is why I said before that you are clueless about Zimbabwe situation. Majority of whites are not against land redistribution but the violent way it way carried out by war veterans paid and purported by Sekuru Mugabe and ZANU Pf |

ROSSIKE: Much preferable to have one man killing than to have 3 million men killing. That is why most Libyans and Iraqis yearn for their past. Typical African man mentally. Thank God those scumbags are gone. Zimbabwe will face the same fate when that old scum is gone because other tribes will take revenge on Shonas |

ROSSIKE: Spare me your crap. You think in one direction only and that is pro-white imperialist interests, which you are here to defend. Couldn't care less about your nationality. You couldn't careless about my nationality but you were quick to call me white? Poor minded thing. |
Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 1:24pm On Jun 01, 2015 |
ROSSIKE: To prevent such a descent into anarchy you stay away from interference in such countries. They evolve at their own pace. You don't go lighting the flame by intervention and making the stuation 100 times worse. The difference between what is happening now and what happened during saddam or gadaffi time is that then one man was busy killing at will but now different tribes are fighting for their rights |
Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 1:19pm On Jun 01, 2015 |
ROSSIKE: So you are a white guy or a representative of whites who sees the redistribution program as "land grabbing madness"? No wonder you hate Mugabe. Well, go and tell your masters that Zimbabwean land belongs to ALL Zimbabweans. Forever. I'm quite happy to have an open minded debate with you if you stop acting like Alex Jones. I'm 110% Nigerian and having different opinions does not make me white or white representative. I'm not programmed to think one sided like you. |
Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 1:09pm On Jun 01, 2015 |
ROSSIKE: So you equate the current anarchy in Libya and Iraq with "the oppressed regaining their freedom". Have you actually been following the news from those places? Yes that is what it's, when one man from a particular tribe oppressed other tribes and suddenly he is gone the fear factor is gone and people will start taking revenge by all means. |
Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 1:01pm On Jun 01, 2015 |

Politics › Re: Video Of Saharareporters’ Clash With Robert Mugabe At The Inauguration Ceremony. by justwise(m): 12:58pm On Jun 01, 2015 |
ROSSIKE: Now that the above have been "thrown out" courtesy of your white master, what has been the result in those places? That what happens when one tyrant stays in power too long and when he is gone it creates power vacuum. The oppressed comes out to regain their freedom. |

ROSSIKE: Do you think our imperialist influenced, BBC conditioned brethren here know anything about these details? They don't actually realise Mugabe is very popular in his country especially in the rural areas where the majority live, whose lives have been transformed for the better by the land redistribution program. You are clueless, you are obviously getting your news from herald news paper or presstv. Zimbabweans in rural areas are going through the worst situation |

Guyman02: Rubbish! Do you think a journalist with Channels will behave like that? Evry politician in Nigeria wants to be interviewed by Channels because they have displayed real journalistic ethics, even the British Foreign Minister was interviewed by them at that event and other Heads of State and prominent Nigerians inclusive not this gutter journalism called Sahara Reporters. Mugabe was President Buharis guest and nobody has the right to harass the Presidents guest. We have patronizing journalists who are afraid of offending these dictators then we have Sahara Reporters a non-PC journalists who ask some searching questions that every peace loving African wants to ask and politicians like Mugabe fear them. There is noting wrong with their behavior, credit to them. |
