The National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has been reminded that no one knows tomorrow.
A former presidential aide, Reno Omokri wants the former Lagos State Governor to understand that no one can predict the future.
Omokri, who worked with former President Goodluck Jonathan, wondered how Tinubu could be too sure and speak so boastfully and confidently of becoming the next President of Nigeria.
DAILY POST reported earlier that Tinubu had boasted that he will rule Nigeria for eight years when he takes over from President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023, and then hand over to a smart politician with the largest number of followers.
Tinubu, a presidential aspirant within the APC, said this in Akure, the Ondo State capital on Friday night, during his presidential consultations with traditional rulers in the State.
There, the former Lagos Governor also maintained that if he becomes the president in 2023, he will turn around the country for good.
Tinubu, one of those that installed the present administration, admitted that the country was yet to attain her greatness, promising not only to ensure massive job opportunities for Nigerian youths, but also establishment of industries across the country
And Omokri sees this as boastful and taking the position of God. He feels it is unacceptable for a mere mortal to be too sure of what tomorrow has in place.
Quoting the foremost APC chieftain, Omokri tweeted, “Tinubu said ‘When I rule for eight years, I will hand over to the smartest and someone with most followers.'”
Then he wondered, “Is Tinubu God? See how he talks as if the Presidency is his for 8 years for the taking. Our votes don’t matter? Does he even know who will be alive tomorrow?”

Jatuski: The axiom that money is the root of all evils, was put to litmus test on Friday, March 05 2022, when a frontline leader and presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu paid courtesy calls on traditional rulers in the three Senatorial Districts of Ondo State and rained cash gifts on the Obas, which led to a rat race of sorts.
The huge political largesse, as at today, has created a wide gulf between the minority Class A kings and the majority 130 Crowns in the Sunshine State, who belong to the B and C grades.
According to an impeccable source, the Presidential aspirant and former Governor of Lagos State famous for keeping cash in bullion vans, Asiwaju Tinubu brought sacks of Naira as homage to the royal fathers in their domains.
His entourage's first port of call was Ondo South Senatorial District, where they met the Obas at an Events Centre in Okitipupa.
After exchanges of pleasantries and declaration of his intention to contest the 2023 Presidential Election, Tinubu's aides were said to have rolled in millions of Naira notes stacked in Ghana-Must-Go bags, for the kings to share.

As at press time, frantic efforts are said to being made by mediators to settle the matter equitably and fairly, in order to keep the issue off public notice.
The aggrieved Obas, who control majority of communities in the State, are said to be waiting patiently to do the damage to the electoral interest of the 'chosen candidate' of the First Class Obas, at the polls.
However, analysts see the visitations by Tinubu to Yoruba Obas in all the States, with huge kolanuts, as a political strategy to mark the South West territorial zone, as a safe haven for himself, in case any other aspirant wants to venture into the presidential race from the region.

My wife recently got fed up with her place of work and decided to tender her resignation letter. She happens to be in the teaching profession and we all know what goes on in the private teaching schools (Most anyways).
On Friday the 4th of March which was supposed to be her final day at the school, the school's HM instructed her phone to put her phone on her desk (HM's) on the pretense that it was an open day and didn't want her distracted. She did exactly that and the day went just fine, after which, she dropped all the school's materials/properties with her and left. On getting home, she went through her phone and discovered that her WhatsApp messages and conversations had been deleted, text messages deleted, all her contacts deleted, and all chats on her phone read. As if that wasn't enough, a few of her contacts called her to tell her they received messages from the school asking what her relationship was with them? Imagine!!!
Moreover, I think it is also good I state the fact that she and the HM haven't been best of friends due to an event that happened sometimes back between both parties. But for her to pick up her phone and go through it, and not just that, but also deleting her chats and wiping off contacts, deleting photos that has to do with the school, that's to the extreme haba!!!
Is there any legal ground to pursue this case or is it me just being emotional hurt that my wife's privacy has been trampled upon and I need to act. What should be my next point of action?

jbow: A former Governor of Lagos State, Senator Bola Tinubu has identified two key attributes of former President Olusegun Obasanjo as he clocks 85.
He said that Obasanjo is bold and courageous, adding that he will continue to be so, for that is the essence of his character.
Tinubu, in a congratulatory message by his Media Aide, Mr Tunde Rahman, on Saturday in Lagos, praised Obasanjo for his patriotism and commitment to the unity of the country.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart said that “the former president had remained strong, agile and committed to the greatness of our dear nation.”
He explained that although there had been instances where he had disagreed with Obasanjo on important substantive issues, the former president had made numerous useful contributions to the country.
“Our debates have been spirited, yet always professional and without personal animus.

“President Obasanjo has worked tirelessly for Nigeria, Africa and indeed the black race and has earned his stripes as an important statesman on the world stage.

PrinceOfLagos: It is no longer news that his Excellency, my president, the commander in chief of the armed forces of the federal republic of Nigeria , president muhammadu Buhari, has just endorsed Senator Abdulahi adamu as his choice candidate for APC chairman and an Igbo man , Ken Nnamani as deputy chairman of APC
This clearly shows that president Buhari will prefer a south east man to be president since Tinubu is hated and not loved or respected even in south west due to his corrupt nature and greed for more money.
With emergence of Abdulahi adamu as APC national chairman means Goodbye to Tinubu presidential ambition under APC unless he decamps to SDP which will spell doom for Tinubu because that will force buhari to re-open all Tinubu corruption cases .
